Hello ladies: Was wondering if there were any other locations other than on a beach at Dreams Tulum. My father may have trouble walking in sand and was wondering if there were other options. Seems from the pics posted - most are on the beach which looks extraordinary - unfortunately, don't think I'll be able to have it there. Thanks.

jmb0902 - thanks for the input. I actually thought that Dreams Tulum was more like 2hrs away. I do like the fact that Dreams Tulum is more spread out - enough space if we want some alone time. Did you do a site visit prior to deciding on this location? And if so, did Dreams provide a discount? Also love your TTD teaser photos - they are amazing!

Hi everyone, I am a noob and have been studying this forum for the past couple weekends. I am still catching up on this one. Thank you to those that have posted documents (I can't retrieve those - probably because I don't have any points?). I was wondering if any of you performed a site visit to this resort prior to deciding on this location? This was on the top of our list but the privacy issue is making us think twice now...

Taranyc: Thanks for your input. The reason you stated echoes all that have been written regarding Dreams RC - that's why we can't decide anymore. The ride to Dreams Tulum may be a little long for some of our elderly guests especially after a long flight. (Is it really 2 hours ride from CUN airport?) Really a bummer that Dreams RC didn't consider the privacy factor when they designed the resort. I really liked the contemporary, clean look of the resort. We need a kid-friendly resort so DRC was at the top of our list. Now we're not sure anymore, it seems like we are back to square one ...

My fiance and I have stayed in Dreams resorts and since we need a kid-friendly resort, we decided to have our wedding at Dreams. I have a question to all Dreams Tulum brides: Did you perform a site visit prior to deciding on this resort? What made you choose this resort over Dreams Riviera Cancun? Are you planning on providing transportation to your guests from the Airport to the resort? Thanks, Vanessa

Hello all: My DF and I are planning on having a cruise wedding at sea and was looking into the various cruise lines that offer this option. Honestly, at this point we are pretty clueless. We looked at the pictures and reviews of the Celebrity Celebrity and really liked the Celebrity Solstice. It seems like Celebrity uses The Wedding Experience (TWE) and I was doing some research and there were a lot of dated awful to mediocre experiences. Has anyone used TWE in the past and what was your experience? Has anyone attended or been on a Celebrity cruise? Would you recommend? TIA!
