Thank you for the great review Kim..im getting married there in November with about 50 people so this helps alot with my planning..i cant wait to see your pics..a few questions..i know the welcome dinner is included bc of the free private functions..was alcohol included to for the two hours and what menu did you choose for that? Also what time was your ceremony the day of your wedding and what time did you have your hair/makeup done? im trying to figure out when i should schedule mine...i read that you missed your cocktail hour my fiance and i really want to be a part of ours so were scheduling our ceremony at 3 and our cocktail hour not till 4:30..do you think this will give us enough time to take our pics? and last question...where did you get the marraccas from? thanks so much and Congratulations! Good choice keeping the adorae dress!!! it was the 2nd dress i tried on and when i came out in it, my mother and grandmother and everyone ele in the store just stared at me, even all the lil teenagers who were prom dress shopping i felt like a beautiful princess...I might be biased but I think the dress is stunning! its rich looking, beautiful and classy...dont worry about what your FI said, mine says stupid stuff all the time when he sees you in it his mouth is going to hit the sand!!!!

so a few questions for past brides...were beach balls allowed in the pool area? thinking about putting some in our OOT bags...Can you bring your own hanging paper lanterns for decorations and is there anywhere for them to hang them? im still wondering if you think its to windy for the paper luminary bags too....also ive heard alot of people mention putting insulated mugs in the OOT bags...does Aventura spa allow them? do they fill them for the guests and what size would you recommend? thanks so much...Nicole

I would definitely email him a contract and ask him to sign it, scan it and email it back to you...otherwise what leg do you have to stand on when he doesnt show for you that day...i find it odd that he requests such a large deposit and gives nothing (no contract) in return...

Hi ladies! Ive been looking at these luminary paper bags, where you put the battery operated tealights in them and they glow at night...was thinking about having a bunch of them around the area where our reception will be...just wondering if anyone thinks it will be too windy in Mexico in November for these...will they just blow away? what if i put some sand in the bottom of them? thanks for any input...nicole

i still cant figure out how to save it as a jpeg!!!! it doesnt give me that option...i have a pc, was able to open it and put in all my information but when i hit save it only lets me save it as a powerpoint slide...help?!

I'm having a friend work on my passport invites now, she usually does invites, but has never tried passport ones..I'll let you know how they come out and her prices...and ill post a sample when they're done..

my cousin made a good point and said even if i know certain people arent coming i should send invitations to the whole family on both sides and all our close friends...she got married in Turks & Caicos two years ago and she said you would be surprised how many people send a check when they respond with no i guess people figure if you were getting married at home they would come to your wedding and give you a gift so even though they are not coming, if they still care about you and have been a part of your life they would want to give you something for your special event..
