Glad to hear the wedding went well! You and your beau look great- so happy! Can't wait to hear about your experience. I think 'Sparkles' did have her wedding at the Grande and her pics were done by Sungold with a link as a part of her siggy so you can get a better idea of the venue. I think a lot of brides are not getting married at the Grande due to the cost and the fact that it is adults only. Beautiful choice though! I am using Angel's Accents for my flowers, even though they are fake the pictures online/review are awesome! Also my bouquet was only about $125 compared to the $350++ I was quoted for the same real flowers in Jamaica. If you aren't picky about the exact type of flowers and are willing to go local you can get a nice bouquet of real flowers for a good price. Shop around!

Wow! I'm glad things worked out (somewhat). I still feel like it is a monetary loss for you both though as perhaps some of those people would have given you a gift if you didn't have a AHR reception. Now the in-laws get it all! I would also see if you can't get your FI to ask them for the favors- you can tell them it is there gift to guests since it is there party!

Hey girls, just bought my wedding shoes. Will post a pic when I upload it but just an FYI I purchased white satin heels from Joneve (local store) for $40 and now I am going to get them dyed hot pink at a cobbler/shoe repair location nearby for $30. If you are looking to get your shoes dyed you don't need to buy them from bridal shops as they are REALLY expensive in comparison!
