*sniffle* itsfinallyhere started the list and someone lost her starfish. We thought we were adopted by Anna S but after 2 months of no confirmation I guess its gone.

Well ladies I guess itsfinallyhere turned to Anna S list is officially gone. I'm pretty bummed- I was looking forward to participating in this tradition.

i bought a pair of the higher power and wore it to work today.. not very impressed with the holding in power. I have cheap versions that seem to hold tighter.

My FIs suit is Worseted Wool Smooth finish- its 150.00 for pants and suits. Does not wrinkle and looks GREAT. let me know if you need anymore help?

We ordered Anthonys suit- not linen but I did want to post it in case anyone else was interested. The material is AMAZING and the QUALITY AMAZING!! I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the suit, FI has other suits that he has spent good money on and they dont compare to this one!! Heres a pic of him in it. Ignore his white socks- I was so excited I just made him hurry the heck up! Â

I am about at wits end with my FIs family. His mom has ALWAYS spoiled him and his younger brother and sister to the point of rediciousness. Basically- She is on disability (bc of asthma etc) rents a small house. Living in this house is her elderly dad who has health issues but is told its all in his head, my FIs sister who has a 2 year old and her FI (their wedding date has already past and its real doubtful it will ever happen) live there and share the bedroom with my FIs mom. By share a room- FIs mom, sister and niece share a bed and FSIL FI sleeps on the floor. My FBIL also lives in the house. None of which help w the bills, grocerys etc. She babysits the baby ALL the time even when mom and dad are home. She does not have a car and FSIL and her FI have 1 car. They are a mess. Needless to say I hate that they dont help her out but its her problem and she watchs them all blow money on stupid things (new computers, xbox subscriptions) To me she allows it to happen and FI and I can NOT baby her or bend over backwards until she helps herself. Â Anyways this weekend she asked to borrow our car bc she knew we were going to the lake, annoying bc again she could have a car if she made her kids grow up. I agreed, came home today and the cars not here. She thought we would go by her house and pick it up! WTF. you borrowed it!! You return it! FI texted her on my request to find out when she was bringing it by and- of course bc he was spoiled by his mother just as much (didnt move out until we got together when he was 25- ive owned my own home since i was 19) - he ended up getting defensive and made at me. Tried to make a deal with us going over there. I SAID NO WAY! Then he said it was MY fault bc I had mentioned we needed to check out the new bathroom her landlord put in! HELLO!!! ?! Make any sense- I think not. I never said we were coming by- to top it off they were here this weekend in our house bc of the bathroom remodel and the trash was overFLOWING, wasnt taken out. But they sure did put more trash in a bag NEXT to the trash. Â GAH!!! I am so ticked.... she is a grown @$$ woman. I shouldnt have to explain that if she borrows my car she needs to return it, I shouldnt have to carry out their trash, pick their trash off my kitchen FLOOR!! and H3LL I shouldnt even have to let her borrow my car. She needs to grow up, and make her kids grow up. This has always been the toughest thing between FI and I. He was WAY too spoiled and didnt take care of his $hit when he should have. And he learned from her. Â Okay.. sorry for the LONG @$$ vent lol

How did your meeting go? I have to agree with a couple of the other brides... I would FLIP out on the shop. Yes I know its not their fault BUT it is MY wedding and MY WEDDING DRESS!!

I am getting married on the beach in October using shades of blue and gray. But my AHR will be on NYE so I think I am going to do deep purple and gray or black.

Itsfinallyhere- I'm so sorry that someone lost your little guy! Anna THANK YOU for offering to pass yours around. I cant believe how great the girls on here are! I would love to be added to your list. My wedding is November 6th, I leave November 3rd. Its in Siesta Key FL and I would be able to mail him/her (which is it? ) from FL to the next bride. We can try to switch itsfinallyhere list to Annas- I can message the other brides on the list in case they havent heard the news!

Our my grooms suit and groomsmen pants tonight- we are not going with the linen bc FI has to wear dress pants everyday and will wear this after. I will post a pic just in case anyone else is wondering about their other suits.

Followed another BDW's instructions- Thick ribbon with some substance (no sheers) and whatever color of flower petals you like. Just put hot glue down and attach the petals. I had a little trouble at first trying to figure out how I wanted it to look- but decided that each petal should be facing the same way and the layers laying over each other. If you mess up you can pull them back up. Thats about it! I got my petals from allforyourwedding.com and loved the colors. They were also a lot thicker than the ones I purchased of ebay. I work on it after work and finished in about 3 days. The bouquets were a lot more annoying trying to get the right shape. Thanks everyone! = )

We are having a party back home- no sit down dinner. Some snacks and light food, I think its a good plan and you get to spend more time with ppl as opposed to a formal sit down dinner

Heres my DIY aisle runner! I love it Its flower petals from allforyourwedding.com hot glued onto wide ribbon. I will put on on each side of my walkway so I wont trip on it. It has a lot of weight to it but I will put seashells on it at the ends to keep it down.

Unable to dispute it with my bank, or paypal and the bride has NOT responded to any messages or emails. I decided to not have chair sashes-instead I am going to put starfish on twine. I hate to do this but she has kinda left me with no option, The bride was ENDLESSLOVE I have tried to message other brides that might have purchased from her, and heard nothing. I would have appreciated her atleast halfing the cost with me if we both really lost out. So heres my disclaimer beware of Endlesslove- she could atleast contact me to clear this up
