    Thank you Jocy!!!! That is a great idea to have them go to the bar for a little while and to freshen up before your cocktail hr / reception starts. Unfortunately, my future husband really wants that date and doesn't want to change it. For me is the same, but I think I like the idea your idea!!! According to the wedding coordinator during december and january it gets dark around 5:30PM, so she said it shouldn't be so hot at 3PM........

    Yes we are using the priest they provide us because we would like to have a Catholic ceremony.

    Oh I meant to say, we would do a cocktail reception from 4PM to 5PM and then dinner... but I think that it is sooo early......... so confusing.......

    Hi Girls! So... quick question.... Carolina just confirmed that our ceremony has to be at 3PM as the priest has another ceremonies schedule at 4PM and 5PM in different locations.... Is it too early to have the ceremony at 3PM? It last 1/2 an hour and then... I'm not sure what we would do with all the guests as I'm sure people don't want to start having dinner at 5PM.... any ideas or suggestions? Thank you!!!!!!!! Eliana

    Mmm that's a gret question. I think that if you are going to pay for the sound system you should have some nice background music for the guests before your arrival and have the WC or dj change it for your entrance... Maybe some nice Caribbean music, or any time of music that goes with your wedding style... WOW you are gettinggg marry in 20 days!!!! congratsssss and I can't wait to read your review and comments! Best of luck andI wish you a great future together!!!!

    Oh I would also like to let you brides know that even though Dreams Punta Cana gets some bad reviews they rank 18 out of 98 hotels in Punta Cana!!!!!!! Therefore, I would truly like to believe that in some aspects or areas they must be good at.

    We are doing a catholic ceremony at the wedding gazebo. The resort is dreams punta cana.

    We are still trying to figure out if we are doing a private dinner or not... I really want to but my future husband does not understand why pay for a dinner that we have already included in our all-inclusive resort package... oh well.. we'll see...
