Hi Girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm finally back from my wedding and honeymoon!!!!! We were away for our wedding (December 1st) from november 26th until december 9th and our honeymoon from the 15th until the 23rd, so I am finally now able to sit down and write a few lines for all of you. I will be working on my review in the next few days, even though my husband and I based in NJ now, will be moving to Argentina in three days!!!!! sooo there is a lot going on and we've been kind of extremely busy since october. I will write my review in a few days and even though we had an AMAZING experience during our wedding, I have a few points that I would like to point out for all of you regarding dreams and their "service". It was a great experience but not excellent (I am a wedding coordinator so you could only imagine how detailed oriented I am!!!!) For now, here's a few pics for all of you! Hi girls! we are getting marry today at dreams but as I woke up so early I decided to say hi to all of you!!!! the resort it is wonderful and we are having a great time!!!!! Oh drbride83 book the Bordeaux terrace, by the way, it will be called PORTOFINO TERRACE from now on as they changed the restaurant concept from french to italian. El Patio terrace it is HORRIBLE. It is located on the side of the mexican restaurant with a view of explorers club (children's area) as well as the side wall of the resort. I think that I would not do a recception in that area at all. The portofino terrace it is beautiful and our wedding it is schedule in there, it is raining right now so we will probably be moved to the inside just in case. The himit. terrace it is perfect for those with more than 50 people. Ok, time to have breakfast and get ready!

Girls! I just received a message from Jackie and she said her wedding was fabulous and Carolina as well!!! I am so happy for her and cannot wait to see her pictures! Our wedding is soooo soonnnnn, December 1st!!!! We will be arriving on Friday 11/26 and Carolina already confirmed our appointment to met with her. I am going to try to post my planning journal before I leave but there is so much going on right now around me that I am not sure if I will be able to, but I will try. how's everyone else doing with their planning??? anyone else apart from Sarah and I will be in Dreams between November 26th and December 9th??? Oh Sarah 60 people sounds sooo muchhh better than 100! It will be a lot easier for you to relax with a lot less people! She sent me a list with general questions such as location of ceremony, linen choices, menu choices, music to walk down the aisle, DJ questions as well as photography questions. The package also included all menu choices, pictures of the linen, spa prices (I posted them a few pages before in the thread) as well as cake choices (flavors only) is a list of 17 questions. With the church we also send our paperworks on 9/25 and on 10/8 Father JEAN LACAILLE emailed us back letting us know that everything was "PERFECTO, PERFECT, PARFAIT" lol in three languages in case I didn't get it. lol !!! For the SPA, I'm working with Laura Guerrero, her email is [email protected] and she set up all of my appointments even though Carolina said she could set them up ( I already had taken care of with Laura). If Carolina sends us any pictures for the cake, could you please email it to me? I still haven't decided on this.....

Welcome Back Sarah! I'm glad everything is going well for your wedding planning! Soon we'll be relaxing in DR! I can't believe is happening so soon! In the end, with how many people did you end up having for your wedding? Everything is set with the resort? Carolina sent me the checklist last week and it took us forever to fill all the answers to her questions! It was kind of a wake up call when she is like "Eliana as your wedding date is soon please fill the form attached", I was like oh mannn is coming so fast! lol

I didn't ask her as I was just looking for the chair sashes options. You should email your WC and ask.

Our wedding is at Dreams Punta Cana and as it is an all inclusive resort all is included (except SPA, bottles of wine, lobster dinner). We basically chose them becuase they had the best pricing. What are some of the differences that you've found between agencies???
