Tricia, I saw the 2 pictures you posted on another thread and they do look pretty good. I do appreciate the advice from the pros. I think a good photographer is worth the cost, but I have to be realistic about what I can afford. I plan on doing a lot of research and hope that I can get what I need for my budget. We need a photographer to just take pictures of our ceremony and afterward, no reception. I will probably only need a photographer for no more than 2-3 hours.

I'm with prettypigpig and michelle 2011, I love when people write their own vows, but I'm not that romantic or poetic, than add in the fact I'd be nervous and hate public speaking, grrr, so it would add another layer of stress for me. Plus I think FI would just say something like "Your the best, I love you" and that would be it.

I'm not a Moon Palace bride, but since there aren't many (or any) Sun Palace brides I've been using the Moon Palace threads for help with my wedding. Many brides swear by their TA's, so that might be the way to go. I plan on just utilizing the help the resort will provide. The better TA's take a lot of stress away.

Thanks for bumping. Another bride had mentioned the cord of three strands ceremony and we were definitely going to add that to our ceremony.
