My Fiance and I are having a hard time deciding on where to stay. We have the church and reception (in Medano Beach)booked. Essentially since it's our wedding, we would like to stay somewhere nice, but don't want to have to drive 20-30min to get to downtown and we realize that most of the "nicer" or AI hotels would be about a 20-30min. drive. Any recommendations? We're considering RIU Palace or Villa del Arco any suggestions? We will need to book soon since our wedding is this Nov. and most of our guests keep asking where we're staying and they would like to book soon...yikes! Any feedback would be great!

My fiance and I have been going back and forth on different destination locations in Mexico. It looks like we are getting closer to deciding on Cabo as our location (either Cabo or La Paz) Does anyone have a WC they recommend and what are their prices. I've come across Baja weddings and Signature weddings. Signature weddings seems to do very nice work. Just not sure if they were to do a wedding in La Paz (it's about 1.5 from Cabo). Any recommendations would be great! Thanks!

Hello, We are highly considering having our wedding in Huatulco-a catholic ceremony. We are anticipating around 90 guests or so (I hope it's less) and are considering having the reception outside of the Hotel venue. Does anyone know of any wedding coordinators? I came across Valerie Verhalen- here is her website: Huatulco Wedding - Rentals, Villas, Packages, Planners & more! She doesn't have any wedding photos or photos of events she's done, which may be a red flag. Hello, My name is Lisa, I'm new to BDW. My fiance and I are looking to have a summer 2010 wedding, possibly in Mexico. We are looking at Tulum or Huatulco, but have not decided on a location yet. We would like a place that is not overly tourist, but yet has some entertainment/nightlife for our guests.
