    I was talking to a friend of mine that just vacationed in Riviera Maya - she went to a club in Playa called Brahma and said it was a great time! Just another option if you dont want to go to cancun.

    The only Bridal Show I went to was in Oak Brook and it was so chaotic! The fashion show was great, but for the most part I didnt really get much out of it since Im doing a destination wedding. We are hoping to go to Negril or Montego Bay for our honeymoon

    FOR OOT bags... have you guys talked to Paradisus at all about them handing them out when people check in? I dont want to hand them out at the rehearsal dinner since that will be on Friday, and a good amount are checking it on Wednesday. Have you guys thought about this at all??

    Ladies - just wanted to give you a heads up the prices dropped significantly on the Paradisus website for rooms the weekend of our wedding. I just emailed our TA to get the rates down.

    Ok - thats what im thinking... I understand if people can afford it, but the ones that can and still arent coming that pisses me off! Especially since I have gone to their weddings, wedding showers, baby showers, kids bdays, etc! Plus one of my friends husbands who we really dont like said that Mexico isnt "appealing" to him and its all drug wars down there.. Cancun/Rivieria Maya is safer then Chicago. Ok I'm done venting

    Our people are waiting... its stressing me out though because I know prices are going to go up and will be complaining like your people. I have some friends that im dissapointed in that wont be coming... but I knew that not everyone would be coming since it was a destination. Im thinking between 30-40.. .I could totally be wrong though so make sure you keep in touch until after my wedding! ha

    we are getting married in Riviera Maya - there are NO non stop flights anywhere unless you are going to the US.. we decided we are going to Montego Bay Jamaica, since we will already be in Mexico for 5 nights for our wedding... I have such high expectations for the honeymoon so I still didnt decide on the resort
