Hi there! I am in the process of trying to figure out which resort as well and I have looked into MDC. It is a beautiful resort but it is pricey! I'm pretty sure the RMO is much cheaper, but I'm not positive. Also, like someone mentioned previously, MDC does not have a beach, (only cliffs) and is about a 10 min drive from the closest beach. They are fabulous! I think if you're willing to spend the money they will look perfect with your wedding dress!! Great choice for something blue!

Welcome and congrats! Choosing a location and resort is so difficult, I'm still trying to do so. Moon Dance Cliffs in Negril was my first choice and I was totally set on it... until I started to consider the price that my guests would have to pay. Its a fabulous resort and the weddding packages are great but since there wasn't a beach I didn't think there was enough to do at the resort...esp once I considered some of the bigger all inclusives. For my guests, it was too expensive (most couples are only a few yrs out of college and newly married themselves...so almost $500/nt wasn't do-able!) But it's your wedding so you should choose whatever resort you love! Good luck with your planning!

Welcome to the forum and congrats! The only island I can help you with is St. Thomas...if you are looking for all inclusive I highly recommend Bolongo Bay, however its a little expensive. They have FANTASTIC food and a great staff. Its a smaller resort and a lot of fun. Sorry, its not a lot of info but I would search the islands and see what info other brides have added and def. read the reviews from the resorts. Good luck!

Also read reviews from other brides who have been married in Bermuda, you might be able to mind good info from their write-ups. Good luck!

What a fun thread, everyone's dresses are beautiful!!! I bought mine 2 weeks after I got engaged, 3d dress I tried on Now I"m just bummed I have to wait until July 2011 until I get to wear it bc I LOVE it! here's the back (I obviously couldn't of bought the sample lol! this is a close up of the beading in the front I can't wait until MY dress comes in, not just the sample so I can really see how it fits on me...so excited!
