    Agree. The only reason we are going all out on invitations is because my fiance is a graphic designer and wants to design it. I just sent Daniela an email about my possible site visit days and the cost spreadsheet she was supposed to send me 3 weeks ago. I know this is prime wedding time but if we are going to go, I need to book flights and I feel like the prices keep going up!! We are shooting for a July or August site visit.

    Good to know! Is anyone doing the tiki torches or lighted bags? Im thinking about it but because I haven't seen the space or lighting, not sure if it necessary or where they'd go.

    We are very excited about that! We only expect another 10 or so, so we are glad that most everyone is booked. Plus flights have gone up!

    Did they say if you had to pay a vendor fee for the hairstylist? I wanted to bring a hairstylist and makeup artist and she told me it would be $300!! I thought at least just a day pass but not so much! I really want to do a tall centerpiece too as that is what I envisioned when we were thinking of doing our wedding locally but that is also before I knew how much they cost!!!

    Kelly, I am still debating on my centerpieces because I just can't justify spending so much when the background is so beautiful as it is. Where there prices reasonable? Are you going for the table of 5 or 8 or 10? Did you find the restaurant reservation system strange? I've been reading alot about that on TA. Did you go to the spa at all or meet the woman that does hair there? Wasn't sure if you had made a decision on that yet or not. So glad to hear that you loved it! So exciting!!

    Missyri, congratulations!! I have not been yet but hope to prior to our wedding. Kelly will be back soon so she can fill you in. I have read and heard from other brides that they do clean the seaweed up a few times a day and they make every effort to clean it up especially for weddings.

Originally it was going to be $2400 but she cut me a deal!

    We are also flying a photographer in. We found it to be the cheapest and you have them the entire time they are there. There are also a ton of photographers that are fantastic but want to get into destination weddings that will come for just the cost of air and hotel. So many choices though as there are some great ones in Mexico as well but make sure you find out if your resort has an outside vendor fee or allows outside vendors.
