  9. Congrats and welcome to the forum! I haven't started dress shopping yet, but I'd like to keep an eye on this thread for suggestions also
  10. Cool, I ordered a sample too. I don't care much for expensive wedding invitations, so I'm sure these will be great.
  11. Well I just weighed myself and I'm almost 2 lbs less than my Wednesday weigh-in. I think I may have been constipated or something, so I'm not going to worry too much about each week.
  12. I feel the same way. Plus my FI and I already live together, so we don't need a whole lot. At the same time, I'm not planning on having an AHR, so we might just have a jack & jill and that way, those who cannot come to the wedding can at least come to that if they want to.
  13. Very annoying! I'm sorry, but I don't think I'd make the extra invites. She had her chance... but in the end, that may cause more aggravation. Good luck!
  14. That is so sad and I'm very sorry to hear about what everyone must be going through. It really puts things into perspective though, like you said... we all need to give our loved ones a big hug.

I do feel like Im getting stronger and more fit, but it still is disappointing to not see the scale move. While feeling sorry for myself I turned to food today. And feel like crap for it. When will I learn? I hear ya, Melissa. I had some really awesome days this past week, and then a couple of crappy ones. I feel that I'm back on track with exercising, so now I just need to be more consistent with my eating. It must be that much tougher with hyperthyroidism. The important thing is not to beat yourself up for the past and start fresh right now! At least, that is what I tell myself. Hang in there. Congrats to all the ladies who have met their goals this week!
  16. Hope your puppy is ok, Diana! And I hope you feel better, Natasha. I have had a crazy week at work... and it's only Wednesday. I'm trying to get the energy to go to the gym, but it's a tough one tonight. Lucky we have a gym right in my condo, so I can't come up with too many excuses not to go.
  17. Thanks for organizing this bikegirl! Sounds like fun
  18. Congrats and welcome to the forum! I love Cuba too... it's a tough choice.
  19. Congrats and welcome to the forum!
  20. Congrats and welcome to the forum! I've never been to Riviera Maya, but I hear it's beautiful. I would have considered it myself, but my dad is scared of Mexico... (he watched too much TV lol). Happy planning!
  21. These look nice, thanks for posting. Please let us know how they come out if you order! I'll be sending mine out in the spring.

Am I jealous perhaps? TOTALLY! I am a little envious of those brides who have wealthy parents to pay for everything... but at the same time, we are working so hard to make this dream happen so I think it will be even more special for us. Hang in there! And it's totally ok to vent about it now and then -- sometimes that's all you need to keep on going.
