    My wedding isn't until December and I'm already stressing thinking about the actual packing and not forgetting anything part! I'm pretty sure I saw some packing lists at least posted on here if you do a search. Good luck to you!!!

    Dreamstar224, I'm so sorry to hear that. Did you go to Jamaica by yourself or with your family and friends anyway? That's nice that MDC had a party for you anyway. Being in Jamaica is reason alone to have a great time! And yes, I would still love to see your photos of the resort

    I told them 50 to 60 guests when I was quoted.

    I'm getting ripped off as well They quoted me $125 pp ($150 pp with the taxes and fees). It includes several options and all drinks, but come on! Oh, and when I asked to removed several of the options to lessen the cost, they said no!

    Any updates from brides who used the freeze dried petals? How many cups did you need, were you able to get them into the country okay, did they look nice/real?

    I love all the beautiful colors, but what about an all white bouquet for the bride? Has anyone done this? I think it could be really elegant.

    eek! Well since we're on the topic, and I know you're a fellow MDC bride. Has Kerry quoted you the reception costs yet? She told me $125 per person and they won't let me cut things out to lessen the price per person Oh, and with the tax and service charge it will be $150 perperson

    Oh, also did you use the baptist minister the MDC recommends? And did you do your own vows for him to read? Did you get to meet with him the day before the ceremony to go over everything?
