I remember a thread (possibly a planning thread) that someone had them taking at customs ( I think in cancun). You should search and see if you can find it. It sounds like its hit or miss with getting through customs. thats crazy though that the US sent that to you! How did they know you bought them?

so I just got back from the wedding. they did go through with it. They totally had to change everything. they got married in a lounge on the ship which lasted about 10 minutes. the bride didnt have any friends or family there. it was only his family and friends. It was a really weird ceremony and you could feel the awkwardness. The bride made a comment about them getting counseling so I just hope they really try to make it work. On top of the crazy stuff with the wedding, the weather was HORRIBLE (maybe a high of 65 in the bahamas), I got seasick from the ridiculous rocking of the boat from the storms, and one of the couples that went with us got in a huge fight in the middle of the night (we were in a room next to them) and we had to call security. wow. I am happy to be home.

Ok...so our friends wedding is back on. I guess she moved back in yesterday and they are trying to get everything rescheduled for this saturday. I absolutely cant believe it. Some people cancelled the trip (the ones with insurance) and everyone scheduled excursions for that day. Aghhhhhhh!!

Im not a huge fan of pills but I have to take xanax when I fly. I take the smallest dosage and im ready to go!

I'm a physical therapist and we get sooo many people in with the same problem as you. Years of sitting at a desk are really bad!! I would say to start with a foam roll. You can get one on amazon.com. It should be the length from your butt to to top of your head. Lay on it and stretch your arms out to the side. You can also roll side to side on on your shoulder blades. Its also really important for you to strengthen the muscles around your shoulder blades too. Let me know if you have any questions...I'd love to help!

I just got my OOT in the mail today from oriental trading. I bought the bright tote bags. They are perfect! A little thin but great for the beach. I ordered them Sunday and got them today (thursday) AND shipping was free!

Im getting married on a sunday (nov 21st). It is just symbolic though. Im sure the laws are different for each of the states in Mexico.
