  1. I am having Franc do my hair and makeup as well, and would love to hear if anyone did a trial too! I'm leaning towards doing one though.
  2. Hey gals! I cannot seem to find reasonably priced spanish for dummies books, I am looking for approximately 20. Please PM me if you have any leftovers to sell. Thanks!!
  3. I love these! They are perfect for my bridesmaids, but I would need three more. Where did you get them?
  4. After reading this thread I have decided to go with real touch flowers, and I'm so excited!! Thanks for all the info!! On a side note, in my recent journey to pick a real touch vendor, I requested quotes from three different real touch florists. I ended up choosing Angles Accents (love her flowers!!) and when I let Hibiscus Florals know that I went with a different vendor, they responded with the most unprofessional rude e-mail I have come across in my wedding planning process to date. Definitely beware of this vendor!
  5. Hi Keric, I did not sign a contract with him, and he doesn't take payment until you are in Puerto Vallarta. He just sent me a confirmation e-mail with the details of services to be provided. I'll probably just re-confirm with him as my date gets closer!

Reading off the business card in front of me, this is their contact info: Email: [email protected] Phone: (both mexican numbers) Tel. 22 238 51 Cel. 322 170 50 15 Thanks so much for the contact information! I got ahold of him, and booked him for 45 minutes for our cocktail hour, and he only charged me $280 (for four of them). Hope this helps everyone!
  7. If the spanish for dummies books are still left, I will take them! Let me know, thanks!
  8. They were a seasonal limitied time offer, it looks like they are no longer online. They still have some in some of the stores though!

And not make any add ons atleast untill I have a complete tally from the resort on who booked. Do you all think that just doing the cocktail reception is cheesy? I don't think it is cheesy, especially depending on the time of day. I think if you are only doing a cocktail reception, it would be best to either have it early enough that they can go have dinner afterwards or late enough that guests would have already eaten dinner.

There don't appear to be any reviews. Were you worried about that at all? She fits all my requirements but I just wish she were a little more well known... you say she came highly recommended. Can I ask who recommended her? Any other brides out there that have dealt with Karla?? Any problems? I really appreciate your feedback guys! I am using Karla as well, but my wedding isn't until April! She has been great with communication thus far and I love her portfolio! Maybe she is just starting out so that is why she is cheaper?? Anyway, I look forward to hearing your reviews!!

My heart is totally set on having them, does anyone know a vendor that does have them in April?
  12. I was trying to think what would fill them up too! Maybe a couple of beach towels, too bad the dollar tree doesn't have those!!
  13. I took the whole crew and managed to get 40 pairs in the right sizes and color, what a miracle! lol
  14. I don't think you can specify in the online order, i think you get all the colors. BUT, they are all cute
  15. They are actually not bad quality, I thought the same thing for $1. I think I am also going to get iron on paper (I think HP makes it etc), print our logo out and iron it on myself. I think the main contents of mine are going to be hangover cure type things, sunscreen, aloe, first aid kits, and some entertainment stuff. Still not sure though!
  16. Hey girls! So I know how expensive OOT bag content can get, so I thought I would post a deal I just found at dollar tree. They just came out with a super cute tote bag (its seasonal) for only $1! Hope this helps!
  17. So bummed about the limits! I'm wondering how many people I can recruit at 7 am on a sat. to stand in line with me? Think they will notice if you go through twice?! lol
