Thank you ladies!! It was incredible, barefoot on the beach just like we wanted. We did the renewal of vows ceremony, which was kind of backwards b/c we had a small private legal ceremony in Texas right before our reception on June 26th. We had planned on making it legal here at the courthouse before we went, but my Mom did not go to Mexico, so we did the private ceremony before the reception for her.The man that did our vow renewal in Mexico is a family friend. It was nice because we were able to write our own wedding script. My goal is to write a full review over the weekend!! This site helped me so much, instead of paying it forward I will pay back!!!

I was married less than two weeks - 6/18/2010 - at Catalonia Riviera Maya. The photographer I used was great and afforable!! He charges $250 an hour. We booked him for 2 hours and he took around 200 pictures. Our Wedding was on Friday and he met us at the airport the following monday and brought us our CD with every picture he took as well as 70 printed photos of our choice ( we picked the photos out online saturday). Our resort charged $40 for a day pass for photographers. Feel free to view my pictures at Cancun Wedding Photographers in Riviera Maya. At the bottom of the home page put tonia in the user name blank. Our videographer was awesome as well. He charged $750 and was worth every penny!!! I would highly recommend getting a video, they caught moments and memories the camera can not!!! Good Luck Ladies!! I promise in the end it is SO WORTH all the stress!! Best Day of My Life!! Hey Groom! I am trying to find out info on him also! There is a thread on here for Catalonia Riviera Maya which is where I am getting married. There is a post on there from a bride who loved him! That is all I know so far!

I think we are going June 16th - 21st. We are planning on making our final decision by the middle of this month. I am really excited but very nervous!! What made you decide on Sandos?

Hello! I am new to posting on this site but have read this section from beginning to end!! I am thinking of getting married @ Sandos in June 2010:) I like the resort alot from what I have seen.But I have read several reviews of people complaining about being badgered by timeshare representatives inside the resort. I do not want my guests harrassed on vacation!! Does anyone have any thoughts or comments on this?
