And you have to exercise and eat right to lose weight. I do Weight Watchers, and the program has worked great for me, but I do know that writing down your food and tracking calories (or points for me) helps you lose weight. I have read in several places that people who track their food lose twice as much weight as people who don't. I would try to eating healthy most of the time, tracking your food, and try and get some type of activity in every day.
