Hello Anna!!! I just returned from Dreams Los Cabos and I wish I was back there!!! Everything about my day was wonderful! You will be assigned a WC after you make contact with the resort. I didn't use an outside coordinator as my onsite coordinator was WONDERFUL. She was there the day of the wedding and walked us through everything. We were never felt as if we didn't know what/were ew needed to be or be doing. We didn't even have a rehearsal and the day went off without one single hitch!! If you are organized (which you will be after planning on this forum) I would say you won't need an outside coordinator. Photographers? THere are several photographers in Cabo that do excellent work. I would get the list of approved photographers from the resort and then research their work, visit their websites and of course get bride recommendations from here.. I used Gilda Badillo and I absolutely loved her and the work she does. Makeup and hair.. the resort has hair and makeup artists onsite, but there are a few popular teams that will come to your room and do your hair and makeup. Cruise the planning threads on the forum and see what other brides have done and "borrow" their ideas!! Cruise the wedding review threads and wedding picture sections to see how the planning of other brides came to life. Relax, you are in great hands!! THis forum is amazing!! Good luck and happy planning!!!

Thanks girls!!! I really felt like a queen that day. I loved the way everything came together. I planned my behind off and it was ALL worth it. It really helps when you are organized, even if you arrive the day before your wedding lol.. you can still pull it off. It also helped that I had an amazingly organized WC!. I am telling you Gilda was ALL over the place to get her shots!! She layed near a bush, in the sand, climbed up in a 4X4 truck..sat on the hood of another truck.. she WILL get her shot! she was amazing! I heart her work ethic!! lol Karen..there was a bit of craziness going on on the BM's tie..you are just being nice lmao.

Login to a private Photobucket.com album Here is my a slideshow that I put together from pics that I stalked my cousin for. The bestman was a stand in best man as my hubby's BM's flight was canceled last minute. The BM and my dad were both supposed to have on solid chocolate brown ties. That crazy tie the stand-in had on will be photoshopped chocolate brown in the professional pics. It is just too busy for my taste lol. I hope you enjoy these.. I added all pics he had..crazy facial expressions and all . If it asks for a password use: love10

It has been my experience that waiting until the last minute may not only product higher rates, but the hotel might sell out. THis is what heppened to some of my guests. They waited until the last minute hoping for deals only to have the resort sell out the month before my wedding. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I feel so bad for her. Th hormones tht you deal with after having a baby then to deal with that. I hope all turns out ok for her and her kids. Your wedding is and should be the last of her worries. Sorry to say it, but she has bigger fish to fry. I am sure she wants to be there for you, but she has to get her house in order first. I would not even bring it up and let her decide what she will do on her own. you don't want to seem selfish by bringing it up at this point in her ordeal. Good luck to her!! COntinue being a support system for her. -

A large dose of Nyquil...JUST JOKING. I agree with most of the other posts. Coloring books, board games and a pillow, they most likely will fall right to sleep
