I booked EW Cancun for beach lounge furniture for my wedding in November. They do beautiful work! Raffaele has been great to work with and very quick to respond.

Seersucker suits are nice for beach weddings. JCrew weddings on their website has several and I think Macy's usually carries them in the spring/summer. Good luck and happy shopping!

If it is really bothering you that much I would be honest and tell him how you're feeling about the ring. You never know he may surprise you and upgrade it for you as a wedding or anniversary present.
