haha! there is always so much to do! i figure that even if we don't do anything else, it'll be fine! my oh has shirts/shoes he 'could' wear, not that i want him to, but he could! my bm's shoes are the same. same goes for ushers shirts. i'm not going to let myself stress/worry. and i would much rather save as much ££'s as i can, to go towards a deposit for our next house etc, you know? but i am MEGA excited! that's why im back on here now, because it's getting close and i can't wait! although i hope this bloody volcanic ash cloud goes away!!!

*waves* hello! i've been on wedding strike! i now have 10 weeks to go and thought i better pull my socks up!! i really really don't know what i have to do to be honest!!! I have my dress/veil/shoes and my OH has his suit, still needs a shirt and shoes. my Bm's have their dresses, still need shoes. i don't have centrepieces yet. i'm not sure what to do about it because i don't want it to look bare, but i don't want to spend lots of money on something either! (i am turning tight in my old age!!!) i have to make my fans/Order of services and my placenames. I've bought all the presents for the BM's, need usher/parent presents. photographer/videographer is sorted. ummmm *thinks* i dunno. is that it?! how's your planning going?

no it was years ago, before planes! i just recieved a travel alert email saying the volcano is releasing less ash and hopefully flights will start operating again from Wednesday

the last time it errupted it lasted two years!!! gulp! i am hoping it wont last much longer, but there's not much wind and it's dry. we need a change of wind direction and rain! we have colleagues/family/friends stranded all over the world (florida/budapest/moscow and cyprus) all unable to get home!

have you all heard about the volcanic ash over the UK at the moment? we're due to pay for our holiday next week, but obviously don't want to pay anything when it's uncertain if we'll be able to travel! i wonder what will happen!

Thanks so much for your review Heather, that's great to hear, sounsd like you had a lovely day and many congratulations! so did you eat at the golf club restaurant in the evening? was the food good? i think we're going to the brazilian place with the meat on skewers, out on the private terrace. It sounds like service is slow and it's not totally private, but i dont really mind. i have 35 people and i think it's the closest we'll get to a private event without paying the money!! glad you had good things to say about the photographer, i'd love to see your pics! I'm going that route too! congrats again! x
