Also asked for spa appointment times etc.... so exciting .. all the final bits being sorted now )

Its lovely and hot and sunny here, and we're going shopping ha ha.. still plenty of time for sunbathing in MEXICO, whoop ) x

Oh Nicy it brought a tear to my eye reading this! We've been friends on here now for around 20mths and i can't believe i have just read your planning thread...OMG your getting married in 15days!!! It is all so exciting! I have today sent off our final payment for our AHR and buffet menu. We just need to go down there the week we come back from Mexico and go through the night with them ) I've just bought some small bottles of bubbly to have put in the rooms for the girls when we arrive for my hen next week, with a little card to say 'thank you for coming on my hen'.. luckily my friend lives 5mins from the hotel so she is going to drop them in there for me. So excited ) i need to buy a little box or bag to put the little love hearts and wine glass charms in! I must get to the shops, hard without a car! (

Aww sam they are lovely dresses, i love the caught up skirt effect, i have that on my wedding dress. The colour sounds perfect. Can't wait to see it all come together )

Lyndsey - have you got any pix of your hen? glad you had a great time. Mine is next week and i'm so looking forward to it now! Sam - you hit the nail on the head there. Its all a front, all so the family look like they are such lovely ppl when behind closed doors its a different storey all together. My family arnt fake, take us as we are is how we are so i find them really odd. FI is like the odd ball cos he is like me! I think he finds them embarrassing but dont know how to deal with it. He needs to stand up to HER and put her in her place but struggles with it big time! Thats why it was easier for me to back right away and have nothing to do with them. You are also right. Scarlett is so like me so she will defo see her nan for what she really is when she is older. Nicy! hope it all goes well today hun x

I got my OOT bags from islepac. Very cheap and with tissue paper in them they look good. In mine i have... personalized playing cards starfish bottle stopper insect repelant personalized lip balm personalized pen and little note pad stain wipes antibacterial gel blister plaster pack i'm also going to add some resolve and med stuff )

MIL has Scarlett once a fortnight on a tues afternoon for dinner.. she kicked up a fuss about having her and when it comes round she can't be bothered. Not only do i have Scarlett kicking and holding onto me for dear life when i drop her off and physically have to peel her off me which breaks my heart but the b**ch of a MIL doesn't even come to door. We can't stand each other.. Everytime i drop her off she has someone else there to entertain Scarlett whether its his ex with her kids or his cousin and her little boy. What about quality time with your grandaughter? Makes me sick and FI can't see it. Yest my mum dropped her round there cos my car is out of action and she had to go through the howling and holding on for dear life which upset her. To add insult MIL weren't even there. FIL answered the door and MIL was out shopping with her mate he had to ring her to say Scarlett was there....it infuriates me it really does. Once a bloody fortnight and she can't even be bothered then. But infront of everyone else she is as nice as pie!!! Odd odd woman!! I just wish FI could see it!! Sorry for the rant girls, i've bored you all again ha ha x

Thank you! I hate computers! they drive me up the wall... OMG i've just had a run and i'm on the floor. I feel so unfit!!! I got this off my friend to ease me back into working out....... Week 1 Run one min, walk 90 seconds. Repeat eight times. Do three times a week. Week 2 Run two mins, walk one min. Repeat seven times. Do three times a week. Week 3 Run three mins walk one mins. Repeat six times. Do three times a week. Week 4 Run five mins, walk two mins. Repeat four times. Do three times a week. Week 5 Run eight mins, walk two mins. Repeat three times. Do three times a week. Week 6 Run 12 mins, walk one min. Repeat three times. Do three times a week. Week 7 Run 15 mins, walk one min, Run fifteen mins. Do three times a week Week 8 Run 30 mins continuously. I dont think i will get to week 4 let alone week 8. I HATE running but know it will do me good ( ... mind you 5 weeks today we'll be on our way to Mexico and i'll be buggered if i am running out there ha ha )

Feel like i've lost something now all the bits and notes and lists have gone.. no it wouldn't open vista at all and the restore tab wouldn't highlight i had no option but to do a full destructive system restore. There was an error with Vista opening and without that your buggered.. just getting back to adding everything back on. Then when my new work laptop comes i'll have to do it again boooo.....!!! Good job i know my way around a computer ah! I feel like an IT Geek! lol

yeh i will have all our lovely wedding pix to look at instead. Just feel gutted all the little notes and pix and clippets i've collected in the last 20mths has gone. Plus the welcome letter etc which i still needed to print off so have to try and re write it all and remember it all and the reception guest list etc everything has gone ( Oh isnt it disheartening when you work out and it doesn't seem to do anything. i've started doing some yoga and i will up the anti a bit this week too. Hopefully like you say i've got 5 weeks so might make some difference ;o/ I do like the shellac on my nails as they look and feel like acrylics but are my natural nail i'm just picky and a couple of the tips she hasn't painted right to the sides, I will point it out next time though and hopefully she'll do them lovely next time x

After spending most of the day fixing the laptop, restoring it and sorting out and saving pic's i have uploaded a pic of my shellac nails. They are supposed to last 2 weeks and not chip. The feel shiney and hard so protect the nails from braking!

I've been asking my sister whats going on, on my hen and she's just said 'stop asking' just be there at 11am! i've sorted the rest. ) 2 weeks i can't wait! ) Kerry i went to two shops. I thought if i go to too many i might be spoilt for choice and to be honest once you find the style you want or suits you its then just a matter of finding 'the one'... I see my dress in a magazine and asked the bridal shop if they could get it in so i could try it on. They did and i knew it was the one. I still tried on others but went back to that one. dont fret you will know when it is 'the one'... alot of us got our dress over a yr ago and are stil in love with them. Mine was £1500 and then i got 15% off that cos it was a maggie sottero promotional day and i had to pay half of my dress on the day to get the discount. My sister paid the first half then i paid the rest. My alterations were £80. Hoop hire is £25 ) i collect it on the 21st May x Well girls my nails look ok, i'm a bit of a perfectionist and there are a couple that are not as nice as they could be but i only paid £15 so next time i will just tell her what i want and sure she will do them a slight bit better. They are lovely and shiney and so far no chips ) ha ha. I think the colour might be better than the french manicure but i want french manicure for the wedding so i had to try it out. I've booked her in for my semi eye lashes for the 22nd May. So excited ) Oh girls i am feeling gutted this morning. My laptop was playing up for month and kept crashing. I work from home so my sister has on order a new one for me as i kept moaning about it and it is down to work to get me a new one. We yest it just went. I have saved most of my things to memory stick and all my work bits etc are safe but all my wedding stuff was in my documents. All my wedding collection pic's everything. To do list, budget all of it. The only option it gave me was to restore to original state which it is doing now. I could cry 20mths of planning has been wiped away. GUTTED!!!!!!!! dosent even come close. I'm now on my old laptop which i'm limited on. I have no camera, printer, scanner etc connected to this one ( I have to start all over again and then do it all again when the new laptop arrives! BOO! Not happy today! And i'm supposed to be on holiday but i will have to sort this otherwise i can't work next week (

Oh well done girls on your fitness!! Wow losing all that weight Lisa!! That is wicked... how good are you... I feel like i have failed at the bikini/wedding diet. Not being able to do anything for so long has just ruined it. Its been about 8 weeks i've missed out on that's prob where my 2lb loss has come from i've prob lost muscle. I've started to do some yoga trying to ease back into it but with only 5 weeks to go who am i kidding lol.. I think i will just eat Salad for the next 5 weeks hee hee ;o) We are getting closer to going and i really feel like i've forgotton to do something? I dont know what it is. Maybe it's cos i did alot at the start and am just super organised or maybe its cos most of the wedding bits dont get sorted till we're in resort... that's when it will really hit me i'm getting married i think. Chosing flowers, cakes, cocktail hour food etc.... OMG it is exciting. I just cant wait to be relaxing in the sun. I keep thinking how lucky i am having my lovely friends and fam coming ) x

Char your honeymoon hotel looks lovely! So exciting!! Sooooooooo glad you have a new best man! That is wonderful and as for his childish brother like you say 'his loss' ... he'll be kicking himself on the day. What a let down! yes nerves are on the menu in our house too ha ha. Not about the wedding but everything else. It is mad its coming round so quickly. I wake up everyday and its the first thing i think of. I dont want it to be all over but at the same time i can't wait for it to come round ) Nicy i can't believe you go in 2 weeks... eeeekkkkkk soooooo exciting. I hope so hun ) just got some really nice light pink shorts in Select to wear one evening in Mexico. I also picked up some of that Fizz Ease 3 days straight spray. Thought it might be worth a go. Might take out some of the frizz in Mexico. It has Keratin protein in it and is supposed to block down frizz... I will try it out next time i wash my hair and let you girls know if it's any good. OMG you are not gonna believe this..... i haven't weighed myself in weeks, haven't exercised in weeks, the weekend i had a burger (FI did BBQ) and yest i had a big mac, weighed myself today and i've lost 2lb!!!! Work that one out?? Burgers are the way forward. Never would have two burgers in one week but i might now ha ha... mind you i must say i did just have the burger and then a great giant salad with it.. but i'm still shocked. Burger me up baby!! hee hee Going round one of my BM's tonight for chilli and wine with the girls. Just girlie chats, eastenders etc... 39 sleeps to go )

Not sure yet but know i only have 39sleeps left till we leave )

We are going to a 4* spa hotel, on the 30th! we have a package. We get a 2 course lunch, 2 halfhour treatments each, a 3 course evening meal and then going onto a nightclub to dance the night away. Then back to the hotel and a yummy cooked breakfast the next day. Its one of my BM's husbands birthdays on the sunday so we are all round there in the afternoon for a BBQ... Can't wait..

Oh a limo will be lovely. All travelling together. How nice. I bet you have a wicked time. Thanx hun, fingers x'd the braces come off ) I so can't wait for my hen (all bar MIL) i think it will be great.. I keep looking on the hotel websites for my hen, our wedding and our AHR thinking...OMG i'm going there soon ) yes 26 weeks will really fly by )
