Hi girls, OMG i've had an internet nightmare. First the laptop cracks up and now my sky router has had it so been without internet. I had to go out and get a dongle this morning for it! sky said it will take up to 10days to send out a new router. Not good when you work from home! Bloody nightmare!!!!!! Lisa so glad your BBQ went well, you have some lovely friends like me and nut bag mothers ha ha!! and Freaking MIL! How similar are we! lol... Girls i am struggling big time with the MIL thing! half of me just wants it all over before its begun cos 2 weeks with her is gonna really get to me after about the .........1st hour...lol!! On a good note, me and one of my BM's have just booked a spa break as a surprise for our husbands where we went on the hen! So something to look forward to in July ) I can't believe i only have 3 weeks left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG

Sam i can totally understand where you are coming from, we to have had family dramas but at the end of the day it is YOUR wedding. Your FI has been round tried to resolve things so i just think a bit of tough love from now on.... just say.. 'look its our wedding it's what we've decided, i;m not discussing it anymore, Move on!! lol.. why is she keeping on with the drama... !! Girls i had a great hen weekend. Lovely hotel, lovely friends, my mum was the last one standing!!! What a legend, and she won the dares.... she thought it was her hen. I think she is trying to relive her youth. She made my night LOL... MIL on the other hand didn't even say hello to me and then didn't speak to me all day and went off on her own with SIL and her girlfriend and they also only lasted 30mins in the club and left without saying goodbye. Came down an hour late for breakfast............THEN she kisses me goodbye WTF!!!!!!!!!! Freakkkkkk!!!!!!!!! My BM's did a great job though. They bought me a lovely Tiffany Necklace and they made up a memory book for me with a message from lots of friends and family with pix etc.... i cried my eyes out. So touching!! The also made up a Mr & Mrs quizz and everyone had to ask me (mostly rude) questions about me and Dan and those i got wrong i had drink a shot!!!! so funny. MUM was a bit shocked ha ha was all good fun though )

Kerry i think both dresses are lovely. I am a big one shoulder fan though and my eye is drawn to that one! They are both so different so i can see why your torn. I would do as marleydog said and try both on. I'm sure then you will defo know which dress is 'the one' ) good luck! x

ha ha that made me giggle! Typical man ah i'm sure Dan will do the same but i throw out my left hand so he gets the right one, lol.....(look of death, love it. I might throw a few of those out to MIL)

Sam does your hotel include car parking for your holiday? My BM is staying at a hotel, not sure which one the night before and the price included her car parking for the 2 weeks too

Oooo i love your dress, defo made the right choice it's so pretty! I love the back of the other one but much prefer yours ;o) I see my dress in a magazine and kept going back and looking at it and when the shop got it in for me i just fell in love! No other dress compared. ) So excited about my hen, the girls have been doing bits and bobs so i guess i'm gonna be dressed up to the nines ha ha. Really can't wait! Will upload the pix as soon as the hangover is over lol x

i'm going to wear my engagement ring on my right hand and after the ceremony put it on my left with my wedding ring...OMG that sounds weird. MY wedding ring!!

Lol thanx it is a big worry i will have one to many and speak my mind, think its just best to keep my distance from her. I wont really speak to her in the day so hopefully she'll pull out of coming to the club ) lol.... Aw how lovely of your friend. We too are holding a BBQ for all our mexico buddies at our house on the 8th May and also doing it mexico themed ) really hope the weather stays like this. Its my BM's husbands birthday BBQ this sunday so we can feed our hangovers with a nice fat burger ha ha! It is just so exciting now, its all coming together for us all ) x

Hi ya Ashley, welcome back hun, I think you can have any dress you want, go and try on different styles, I thought i'd go for a plain ish dress with a a line skirt but mine is the complete opposite. As soon as you find the style you like and suits you, you are on the right road. I just think no matter what dress you get if it is full length you are gonna be hot wheather its a big dress or straight so just go with what makes you feel like a princess for your day ) That is exactly why i fell out with my MIL, cos i didn't ask SIL to be bridesmaid, but tough, we dont talk now and to much has gone on to make up so we just avoid each other and deal with it. Weddings really do bring out the monsters in people. Do what you want. Its YOUR wedding, let them have the huff they will get over it x Oooo i just looked at the club we are going to on Saturday night for my hen after the spa day and they have put in a new 80's rewind bar, looks wicked and Danny Dyer is there this sat... roll on the photos hee hee ;o)

Aw Nicy so sorry to hear of your loss! Wow herbie, well done you! The brouchers and bag etc look lovely and i LOVE your BM dresses, they are lovely, lovely colour, just perfect ) I am good thanks, glad now i've picked flowers, appetizers etc. Just want to go now. The time is just going past so quickly and we have something on every week now up until we leave in 4 weeks time! OMG 4 weeks! that is nothing. I had a little sunbath at the weekend so building up a nice tan for my hen! 4 more sleeps till that, I really can't wait! I will be sure to post some pix when i'm back )

I bought my girls their shoes and dresses. I also got them some starfish earrings to wear on the day. Their dresses are one shoulder so not having a necklace.
