Nicy- i popped in Thomas Cook yesterday and she told me they dont have a date for summer prices. She said it's anytime now and end of April (so maybe earlier than 29th yah).... But she did also say that Cosmos may not be the same. She said they can't say if all the TA's will be out at the same time. It will really upset me if we have to wait any longer! I think they will all come out together otherwise Thomas Cook will get all the trade and other companies wont want that. So fingers x'd! She just said check weekly and see if they are available. She also said that if we book ours and other can book themselves and they will just cross reference the bookings so it's not all down to us to collect money etc..... So thinking of doing this! But we'll see! x

I dont understand her and i am just trying to rise above it and move on and not let her bother me but it does. FI told her "no mum he can't wear what i'm wearing" and all she kept saying is "yes, well we'll see" ..... She really gets my back up! So we have her to deal with as well as my dad not coming and other little issues, it just makes it all hard work! Why can't ppl just be happy and let us get on with OUR wedding day! It is beyond me! I love that your 16yr old brother is giving you away! That is lovely! We both will have handsome little men by our sides and be very proud of them for doing it! I really hope things get sorted out with your dad and your mum goes! I used to cry when i thought about it at first i think it was more shock than anything but it does get a little easier. Like you say you have a long time and i'm sure it will work itself out. We could all just do without these dramas ah! xx

He is 62 and he says he just cannot do the journey (the flight is to long for him) he has no health issues either! I think it's a cop out but that's just my opinion! My mum however would not miss it for the world. Your mum is probably upset about the whole thing and torn as to go or stay with your dad? I really hope he changes his mind as i know how upsetting it is! x I am moving on and looking forward to my 13yr old son giving me away and playing grandad for the day, lol...... Cjb0arder13 - Thanx, i think the hair style you and Nicy like is lovely. I too dont want my hair to tight i want it to look loose and natural if possible. I dont mind a load of hairspray as long as it's not stuck to my head, hee hee.... My hair is thick and just below my shoulders, i'm growing it and if needed will put some clip in extensions for the day to get the style right but i'm hoping i wont need bother. I have 13months and 3weeks to grow it and i'm taking biotin tabs to help out, lol You girlies are sooo lucky having your bridesmaids do your hair. That is great. I wish i was so lucky. I am going to have to put my trust in the resort hairdresser (Barcelo reviews are quite good of the salon so i'm OK with this) I'm going to have false eye lashes put on before we go and then just do my own makeup. I'm not really a makeup person so i dont want to pay for someone to do it really (without sounding to mean)! Lindobride - That style is gorgeous! It's so pretty! I love the little flowers and i agree with Nicy i think the small flowers with a veil will be fine! Ohhhhh it's so exciting. I love seeing what other brides styles/ideas are. Oh and Nicy just checked my emails and no reply from WC yet.......

As for getting the dress there...... My friend who wed in Mexico last Sept was told she could NOT have her dress as hand luggage! She had to pack it in her suitcase!!!! When i bought my dress the lady that owns the shop said they actually pack the dress for you. In a hand luggage case with special tissue paper that prevents creasing! She said in the summer it's like Heathrow with all the cases as DW's are becoming more popular. I told her about my friend not being aloud and she said just dont tell them it's your wedding dress! So that's what i'm planning to do. She said "you will be suprised what we can fit into a hand luggage case" so i have faith in them to do it for me ) Sorry for jabbering on lol....x

I'm stuck with jewellery..... As my dress has sparkles and detail at the top i dont know if a necklace will be to much or not...... I might have to shop around see if i like anything and then just try it at my fitting? I dont want to spend loads to then not wear it! I may just go with a braclet and earrings.... It's hard deciding isn't it?
