I have to admit, last night I e-mailed Suzanna just to confirm reciept of my faxed contract...and I did not CC Carol and I recieved a response this afternoon! That was great....terrible that I get excited to get a response to an e-mail! So my contract was recieved and I finally feel like I have a wedding schedualed there! She said they normally ask which package and flower options and all of that 6-8 months before. Is this the same for everyone else? We are 10 months out, so it's not big deal to wait another 2 months...just wanted to make sure everyone else was on the same timeline! I have to say this forum keeps me sane!

Your good vibes must have worked Nicyx! I recieved my wedding contract today in e-mail because I sent a message to the wedding consultant and cc'd her boss, only time I seem to get a response! I guess that's what I will be doing for here on out! The wedding contract still has some stuff wrong with it. But atleast my wedding date is correct thats all I care about! Today we also booked our room, prices still aren't out but TA is able to book it without prices. So now we have wedding contract, rooms booked and flights booked! I feel like things are finally moving along, and I may actually get married!! LOL

I finally recieved a response back from Suzanna because when I e-mailed her this time I CC'd Carroll on it. I finally recieved my wedding contract that I have been trying to get since January. Our wedding date is finally correct on it...my FI last name is still spelled wrong, my address is wrong and the type of wedding is listed as religous and it's not. But I'm not picky as long as the date is correct I will sign it and fax it back! We also booked our rooms today, even though the prices still aren't out. And Saturday we booked our flights. I can finally say I feel like I am going to have a wedding! : ) So good to hear everyone's feed back, as we all have the same concerns!

We are going tomorrow to book our flight and rooms. I'm kind of having problems with our resort...after a month of contacting the wedding department I have finally recieved our wedding contract. Although, it has multiple things wrong with it including the WEDDING DATE!! So over 2 weeks ago I asked for a corrected contract and yet to recieve that now! I went last week and bought my wedding dress, that will be in in May. When my FI bought my engagement ring he actually got the band as a set with it...but I was thinking of buying another band to have two! My FI hasn't looked for his ring yet though. We also have picked out our location for AHR, but now I have to start thinking about the details of that. This is like planning 2 weddings!! And I thought this would be easier, boy was I wrong!

We have decided to get married a few days before we leave for Mexico. I have told my parents and my MOH. My mom was ok with it, but feels the wedding and AHR is all fake. I am worried about saying my vows when we do it here. I don't want to say my vows twice. All I basically want to do is sign the certificate and that is all...not sure if our city hall will allow that though. I also thought of my MOH becoming an ordained minister online and doing it for us, that way we don't have to say the vows or do a ring exchange.

Has anyone been working with Suzanna? If so, are you having a good response from her? The one time I talked to her on the phone she was very very nice. But I recieved my wedding contract, which had multiple things wrong with it. She told me to keep checking my email for an updated one, but yet to get that now....
