I originally wanted something outdoors at Mandalay Bay (Valley of the Falls) & possibly an in-suite reception but since we will be there in August and it will be super hot, I don't want to force my guests to sit outside. I figured we will have plenty of other picture opportunites. I've also considered having the reception somewhere like ESPN Zone since my FI & his friends are all huge sports fans and we could plan to be there when college football starts. I've found its really tough trying to plan when we really have no idea how many people are coming! So many people say they will come but when it comes times to book there are excuses everywhere!

Hi Everyone! My name is Trisha....my FI & I are planning to get married in Vegas sometime in August 2010. I've been doing a lot of lurking for ideas but we have nothing set in stone as of yet. We won't have many guest (15-20) but so far I love the Mandalay Bay ceremony location or possibly the MGM Grand. We plan to have an AHR also so we want to have a nice meal but don't want to spend to much on a reception in Vegas. Any ideas would be appreciated!
