Yes for us, we bought our house even before we were engaged. We just wanted to be established first and then go from there. We're hoping for a honeymoon baby! Did you or have you had any regrets about asking someone to be in your wedding party?

Thank you ladies for all of your kind words and support. I woke up this morning and I felt refreshed, a burden has truly been lifted. You are all right, she really truly wasn't as good of a friend as I had thought. Now she has a dress that she paid for that she can't return! I did ask my other friend to be my MOH last night and again just confirmed my thoughts and feelings to her this morning. I needed her to know where I was coming from and that she wasn't an after thought. My MOH is pretty much best friends with both my FI and I. He also spoke with her to tell her that I had been having this dilema for months. I asked her for the time being to not saying anything to the "other" one, just because I don't think it's any of her business but also because I don't want her to use it against my MOH - which she probably would! I just know that I am better off without her and I can go to bed every night knowing that I didn't do anything wrong. My conscious is clear and I can breathe easier. A door has closed but I know a window will open, I know who genuinely loves me for me. That's all I need!

Girls, thank you so much for the support and kind words. I'm better off, it sucks, but perhaps it was fate. I'm closing the door and I know a window will open soon enough and I know everything will turn out great. It's crazy the way things happen but things always happen for a reason. Now if only we can get my MOH and my FI's best man to get married....

When I got engaged I instantly knew who I wanted my BM's to be! We were all that good of friends... Tonight while I was at the gym (and she knew I would be there and knew that I won't take my phone) she sent me a text message telling me she won't be coming to my wedding and that our friendship is over! She told me that she feels we've grown apart but she's not willing to work on this friendship because she's 31 and she has to start making decisions for herself?!?! I agree we've grown apart but it had more to do with jealousy of our other best friend dating my FI's best friend. She said she always felt left out.. but only because she would always cancel and feels none of us have anything in common anymore. She's right, but it's only because she's made some pretty stupid choices lately - moving in with a guy she was just barely dating... cheating on him... the list goes on. Honestly, it's a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew we weren't as close as we used to be, but I still loved her and cared for her. Before tonight I had decided to not have a MOH but instead just 4 BM's. I knew if I'd chosen the one I truly wanted as my MOH, it would have upset her... so I didn't do it for her?? What was I thinking?? This is my wedding!!! I can go to bed tonight knowing I was always a good friend to her and if she doesn't want to my friend or a part of my life... then I just have to let her go. C'est la vie!

I need to vent!!! I just got a pretty upsetting text from a friend/BM while I was at the gym tonight. She pretty much told me our friendship is over, that she wasn't going to a BM anymore... ya no kidding? I just can't believe she was spineless enough to do this over a text message! Honestly.. it's a relief! We've grown apart but only because she's jealous that our other friend started dating my FI's best friend... I know she feels left out but she's done some pretty mean spirited things lately and said things that just weren't cool. We always invited her out and she always cancelled... I think we were the ones putting the work into the friendship. It is a bit of a weight lifted off my shoulders... now I can have the person who truly has been there for me and who I truly want to be my MOH. I just couldn't have my one friend as a MOH before because the other would have been upset and left out... I didn't do what I wanted to make someone else happy WTF? I forgot this was my wedding. My FI and I agree that I shouldn't respond to the messages. We're both happier that this weight has been lifted and I'm happier and better off without her friendship! C'est la vie! Sorry to vent like this... you ladies might be the only one's who might at least some what understand... or maybe I'm just crazy. Now do I ruin my work out tonight with a glass of wine

Those are great! I am going to check those out immediately. I have a 4 year old lab/ shepard who knows the importance of a wardrobe change every week... He's a mama's boy with good style!

We collect Starbucks espresso cups from places we travel to. If we can't find the Starbucks cups, just any other espresso cup that has the place.

Hi Ladies! I hope everyone had a good weekend. We had a crazy Saturday night, which declared Sunday lazy couch day. I did however buy some pashmina's from another BDW bride. It actually feels like I accomplished something... even if it wasn't on my list. Every little bit counts!

1 hour body pump class!! Unfortunately I almost got a barbell to the face by a girl who walked in half way through the class and had absolutely no consideration for those around her. Then she didn't even follow the class... we're doing lunges, she's doing biceps. It was extremely distracting and by then I was irritated! I had to say something... and I did. The other people around me thanked me in front her for saying something. She clearly wasn't making friends at the gym tonight!

1 hour body pump class with increased weights! I feel great!
