  6. I enlisted two of my BM's... strength in numbers. At least we hope! Last week: Went to the gym 6 out of 7 days. I lost 3 pounds last week. This week: My goal is 5 out of 7 days. Our Zumba class last week was replaced with BodyJam... it just wasn't for me. I couldn't get into it, my heart rate wasn't up and I wasn't sweating... I left the class to jump on the stair master for a half hour.
  7. Hello Ladies! I was just catching up the past few weeks on this forum! Needless to say with the holidays and another stressful situation I had to take a few weeks before I could get back into wedding mode. I had a bit of a scare and ended up having to go for an MRI...but so far everything is clear! Thank God! Now I'm back on track and ready to get back in there and continue with all the planning! Amy your shoot sounded like a lot of fun! We got most of our save the dates out before Christmas... the other half will be done in the next week. My FI's mom was late with getting us address' for her family. I was a little upset at the time because I wanted to do them with Christmas cards and we'd asked her for them weeks prior. Unfortunately it's to be expected from him family... which brought on family drama over the holidays... not fun. On the other hand, my family is really excited about the wedding and are all anxious to book!
  8. Yay! Finally a date twin! I snooped at your photos, your wedding looked amazing and you looked absolutely stunning! Congratulations! 9. I think I may found my "trash the dress" dress tonight! I fought the urge to buy it then and there. I didn't think I was originally going to do this, but just looking at everyone's pictures that have done and it looks like so much fun!
  10. I saw my WC tonight and she has contacted them to see if there are any ways around it or other options... fingers crossed that they'll change their minds! Quote: Originally Posted by Afrommert amy b and kitten, what did you girls end up finding out about the donkey situation?
  11. Please tell me that Claudia is an approved photographer? Wow! Those were great photo's. I'm also really liking her hair. I hope she got it done at the resort.
  12. Zumba is great! I've become addicted to it recently. My favorite instructor always starts of the class with a few rules: 1. Never lock your knees 2. Have fun 3. Laugh at yourself! I'm hoping it also helps with some salsa & merengue lessons before my big day! Quote: Originally Posted by poohshek I busted out laughing so hard quite a few times at myself during class. 13. I saws this also and was intrigued. Chances are they won't be available in Canada. I love Jillian, but the biggest loser is full of endorsements... gum, protein! I can't help but laugh every time they tell you to chew a piece of extra gum for cravings! Quote: Originally Posted by Jackie22 Has anyone triend Jillian Michael's new supplements? 14. Hi Tara, Welcome!! There is also a thread on here about "doing the legal part at home". I had the same concerns you did and that answered a ton of my questions! Happy planning!
  15. ~Crista-Lee~

    Undecided!

Big Congratulations to you and you FI! All the best with your planning!
  16. My name is Crista.. and I'm a BDW addict! I've only been on here since October and I just keep reading and reading... I'm hooked!
  17. I'm sorry to hear that, it's pretty upsetting. It's just too bad that things like this have to stand in the way of what you want for your special day. My fingers are crossed for you.. hopefully he changes his mind!
  18. I completely envy you American girls when it comes to shopping, selection and prices! I love going to Buffalo for deals and actually being able to find fashionable trendy clothes in my size. I'm addicted to shopping online with Torrid. Unfortunately I always get killed on duty. For the Canadian girls.. Ricki's goes up to an 18, a nice comfortable 18 that's true to size. They have some really nice stuff and the prices are reasonable.
  19. There is a great place in Canada (In the Toronto area) but I think you can also order online. It's called Creative Bag. They have a good selection. You can also get the custom printed, but I think the minimum order is 300.
  20. I'm so happy I'm not alone! Half the time I feel like I'm talking to myself about wedding details... My FI gets this blank look on his face that's absolutely priceless!

I love your new photo! So cute!
