  8. wow this all look so good... here are a few i love to make that are pretty simple. baked crab wontons 1 box dry vegetable soup mix (I use Knorr brand) 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese 8 ounces crabmeat, imitation crabmeat or 2 cans drained and flaked 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper Worcestershire sauce to taste Hot pepper sauce to taste 40 wonton wrappers 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or non-stick cooking spray Directions Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. In bowl, combine soup mix, ricotta, crab, garlic powder and pepper. Mix well. (I chill this for about an hour at this point to let the soup mix rehydrate) Place 1 tablespoon ricotta mixture in center of each wonton. Brush edges with water. Fold each corner to center and press firmly to seal. Arrange, seam side down, on baking sheet. Brush with oil or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once, or until crisp and golden brown. Serve with duck sauce or hot mustard if desired. here is another favorite shrimp mold (dip) Shrimp mold 1 can of tomato soup 1 block of cream cheese ½ a tsp of salt 1 cup of mayo finely chopped onion and celery 1 can of baby shrimp 1 package of knox gelatine cream the soup and cream cheese together until melted, dissolve the gelatine in cold water (on package), added to the soup mix. Stir in celery and onions and mayo. Refrigerate until solid.
