hey ladies I was thinking we could all be on the look out for this year's DOLLAR FLIP FLOP DAYS at Old Navy!! As soon as anyone hears about this post away!! it's usually on a sat in early spring and there's a limit so it's good to know as far in advance as possible to rally the troops!

so I've looked everywhere online for this frame and its out of stock!!! i hope i can find it somewhere. does anyone know how long things are usually out of stock at amazon and such?

we chose Secrets Maroma for our HM b/c of the beach!!! The resort opened in 2008 and had issues with service at the beginning. I've spoken to several people who have HMed there within the last year and they absolutely loved it!! had nothing but amazing things to say about the service, grounds, food, beach, on and on. on a different note, I am getting married at Dreams Cancun (sister resort) and I will say that the communication with the WC is VERY slow...especially at the beginning. now that our wedding is 7 months away, Cecilia replies to emails quickly, usually within a couple of days. At first this was a big concern for me. But after reading all of the great reviews on here, I just learned to relax and trust that my wedding will be amazing!!

i say tell him no...obviously there is some reason as to why you have this "gut feeling" so stick with it. the fact that he's 18 has nothing to do with it. you are his mom and he is living in your house. of course kids don't want to here this "no b/c i said so" type of answer, so maybe you could explain to him that you'll be in greece anyway for the wedding a few weeks later and that he can have his vacation then. maybe you could let him bring one friend or something like that. besides like you said he JUST turned 18, you could tell him that YOU need sometime to adjust to the fact that he's an "adult" now and he can make the next guys' trip.

all of you who've had TA issues should definately try the BDW TAs!!! I had a local TA for a bit and it was horrible to work with him!! so i emailed TA Jill and she has been wonderful, i love her!!! besides the TAs here are obviously experienced with DWs...i love how Jill was married at Dreams (same resort we are using). It makes me feel like she's been in my shoes and she'll be there for me even though i cant physically go see her. Anytime I have a question (no matter how silly) she answers me right away. can't say enough!

he holds on to things that he doesnt really need, "just in case"...i come behind him and throw/give them away if you could know when you were gonna die, would you want to (just saw time traveler's wife lol)?

it think that you should try the church this time, especially since its important to hubby. it doesnt have to be a big production and there are some really pretty churches!

thanks for bumping this! i just spent $90 at MAC for their new mineral make-up and just dont like it...too heavy (its mineral cream). i always wondered about primer, especially b/c i have large pores. maybe i can get the smashbox photo finish and go back to bare minerals? i have oily skin and i dont want to be shiny in my pics!!

i say put "and guest" on the STD, it's better to be clear from the beginning. we just have the single name on the STD and on the invite b/c we aren't allowing any "plus ones" or children.
