hello Dear how are you we have shoot weddings there the area is great and the golf course the have there is just great but here is some more comments see what people said La Amada is a perfectly maintained oasis in its surroundings - beautiful grounds, nice rooms and a peaceful beach with white sands! It''s geared towards relaxation with comfy lounging beds everywhere and open-air balconies where one can chill out. Doesn't have too many restaurant options so beyond a few days can get repititive. Meat and dessert dishes at Lupita's( formal dining) were awesome. They have a great SPA setup and Lupita's lounge is nice place to hangout in the evenings with live music and the occasional mojito tasting events. The resort worked out wonderful for us with our 7 month old baby - no worries about cleanliness, water, mosquitos etc with plenty of beach beds and towels anytime during the day. She loved playing in the sands and the pool (the main beach pool was warm even in winter) and rolling around in the big lounge beds. The All-Inclusive was very convenient and provided the needed flexibility with a baby as we could avail the room service as and when and also when ordering on the beach. We didn't see too many older kids - only 2 or 3 other toddlers and mostly just couples so didn't have the chaotic atmosphere of the bigger resorts. Adjacent resort has water activities like jetski and parasailing and one can do day tours too for snorkeling, Chichen Itza etc. An evening show or two during the week might be a nice addition for added entertainment. Overall, a great place to choose for a refreshing getaway in the cancun area. Hello Dear i think is a matter of budget,but also on what it makes a different is their work sometimes it is really worth to pay an outside photographer and the reason is because at the end you will be able to choose what you want and not what they choose for you. You not going to be able to see a wedding portfolio of each photographer of the resort but you will be able to see the portfolios from outside photographers you will see comments on their work you will find people that will talk about their work, you wont get that from the photographers they choose for you. on my opinion that will make a big diference but it is your choice. Hello Holly i believe that all depends on your location too but i does not matter if you can not fly your familly photographer you will be able to really good photographer in the area after all they are very familiar with the area and sometimes it can be a little diferent for photographer that they are not just to beach weddings, angles places and all that staff is a little diferent do no hesitate to find more about local photographers. Foreigners who would like to get married in Cancun must contact a coordinator they have chosen for their wedding and present the following documents at the latest several days prior to the event: Tourist cards (obtained upon arrival at the Cancun Airport) birth certificate with the apostille and Spanish translation blood tests (VDRL, IRH, HIV) have to be done in Cancun : US$25 per person 15 days prior to the weddin original passports, divorce decree (where applicable) name, address, age, nationality, and tourist card numbers for the four mandatory witnesses. Registrars Offices The registrar's office should be contacted for specific rules regarding planning your destination or beach wedding in Cancun. Hello Dear how are you you will love this place is just great and the beach is exelent is rigth on the heart of playa del carmen and very close to 5 avenue you will find here great information to plan that special day let us know if there anything that we can help for that special day. se what people said We stayed in this resort for our son's wedding and it was truly a wonderful experience. From check in with Claudia ( who made it so easy and pleasant) to our beautiful room which was kept so nicely by Veronica to all of the restaurant and bar waiters/waitresses who looked after our every need. Astrid did an excellent job as did Freddie who took such good care of our wedding dinner. Our rooms/suites were wonderful and always kept to the cleanest standards.
