  1. Know that God is with you and your family at this difficult time. Although you may not see it now, time has a way of healing all wounds. In 2004, I found my father dead at the age of 49. I didn't ever think I would get offer it, but God gave me the strength I needed. He will provide for you and your family. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.
  2. I am really getting stuck with my thinking on the centerpieces. I really like the floating flowers but don't want to carry all of that/assemble it there plus I'm a little nervous about what waiting to the last minute. Several past brides have mentioned buying centerpieces on 5th. Do any past brides/site visitors have any ideas of some interesting things that you saw that would make good centerpieces? Thanks!
  3. date night with the hubby: great time
  4. Pulp Fiction: John Travolta
  5. These cakes are beautiful! I need to start selecting mine. Just an FYI-the fondant is for decoration. You aren't supposed to eat it so you can choose the fondant if you like :-)
  6. That sucks! I would be really pissed. At least you'll have them in time for your shower.
  7. This is a great deal for people who are getting married during that time.
  8. Hey Rosie Posie! I LOVE IT! You did a great job! I would probably move the names to the right just a little bit. Well, maybe yours.
  9. I like this---Someone told me the other day that since 10 is the first of the double digits, it symbleizes the end of being "single" and the beginning of 2 becoming 1! You should try to find a way to add this somehow.
  10. Nice review for Dreams brides! The pics of the Dreams gazebo are nice. It was good that you measured the pillars for decorations. I like your hair with the pink flower. You're gonna be a beautiful bride!
  11. Love your date! Welcome to the forum!
  12. Matt from Del Sol did an entire writeup about this. Here it is: http://bestdestinationwedding.com/fo...ography-58731/. It's on The Royal PDC but the gazebos are the same. Hope this helps!
  13. They turned out nice. Angela. What did you end up doing about the white space in the background of your monogram?
  14. Welcome to the forum AshleyJane. I am getting married at The Royal PDC on December 11, 2010. That thread is awesome! I recommend that you grab a glass of wine and start from the first post and read up to today. It'll be time consuming but well worth it! P.S. You may want to take notes.
  15. Hi Michelle, This was our original choice. The only reason we didn't go with it is because we felt it was too expensive for our guests. When one of my coworkers found out I was getting married there (at the time) she told me she had gotten married there and that it was the best ever! She spoke (and still speaks) so highly of her experience. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
  16. LOL! I wish! All of my lists are in my head. I'm hoping I don't forget anything!
