LOL! I know the feeling. I had such a head start but I feel like I'm behind now. I'm done with all of my coursework but really need to finish my dissertation within the next month. I need to do invitations, playlist, checklist, menus, welcome books, decide on meals, centerpieces, order chair sashes etc. etc. etc. And did I say that my FI has yet to get clothes together for the groomsmen? I need to help him with that. On a lighter note, I have been doing tons of internet shopping! LOL! I need to work out everyday too. I bought my wedding dress one size too small. Can you say uhhh ohhhhh???

Hey Breeze-welcome! I sent out e-save the dates from our wedding website. I never said formal invitation to follow, but I'm going to do either the passport or boarding passes. I'm thinking about doing the boarding passes and then making the passport as either a pre-travel guide or a welcome book. I haven't really decided. You should think about sending something since you announced it. You could always order some inexpensive ones from Vistaprint.

We booked our wedding before we booked our rooms. Also, we did individual bookings. The agents on here get rave reviews if you are looking for one. I heard that Pelican's beach is nicer and bigger. Elizabeth usually gets right back to me. She must be really busy. She always emailed me from: [email protected]. The resort will provide plain white chair covers and sashes and candle centerpieces. Most of us are ordering and taking our own decorations because it's cheaper. You can ask Jesmcan or prettypigpig about the site visit because they did one. I have access to the site, but nothing is up there, not even my wedding date. I am trying to be patient but am really getting pisses. If we didn't have so many people booked, I'd honestly consider changing the wedding. I know it's supposed to be "worth it" in the end, but because they are always f**king up, I'm stressed that they may not have all of my details.

Hi ladies! I picked mine up all twelve pair of mine today. They are a better quality than I thought. I thought the sole was going to be thinner than it actually is. The green ones are more of an aqua greenish than blue turquoise. Hope you ladies get yours soon!

Jes, I hadn't really thought about it. My parents were divorced and my mom remarried, but my dad passed away 6 yrs. ago. Also, my FFIL passed away 5 years ago. So, we wouldn't have lots of drama pairing our moms & my stepdad together if we sat with the bridal party. It's really sad that you can't make the seating arrangements you like because of that. Can you have a heart to heart with them about it? Will it matter? I really hope everything works out for you.
