Hi ladies, Did anyone use an outside florist for their bouquets and/or ceremony and reception decor or did you just go thru DRC. I was wondering how much cheaper an outside vendor would be for this. I have 6 bridesmaids so the bouquet prices add up quickly and i wanted flowers for my centerpieces. If your using a company like Deco Cancun do they provide flowers?

Hi Ladies, I'm interested in having a fire dancer performance at my reception. Have any past brides done this? if so did you go thru DRC or with an outside vendor....any suggestions? Should I contact DRC now to lock down my DJ or just wait until they contact me? (which is usually a couple months priior to the wedding?) and to the past May brides and future may brides....Did you/are you planning putting out pashminas at your reception? I love the idea but im not sure if they'll be necessary in May. i know it's always cooler at night and i will be having my reception at the pool deck which is right off the beach but im not sure how chilly it gets. Thanks!

1106wedding can you get pics of el patio and can you ask if there is a mat or some type of matting they'll lay out for the aisle for a beach ceremony? Thanks! have a great time!

Not sure if DRC does or would do this but i found this on another brides wed review for Secrets Maroma. I thought it was a great idea and wanted to share. Love the S'mores idea! Welcome Dinner We had a welcome dinner bonfire on the beach. The cost for this is $25/per person. SMB doesn’t charge extra for the actual bonfire – which some resorts do! So that was a bonus:-) Cecilia helped with this as well, and did a good job on making sure everything was set up properly. (i.e. we had requested a table set up with some gifts we’d brought for the guests) Also, there were mats put around the fire so after eating we all sat around the fire drinking and telling dirty jokes :-) It was a lot of fun! The food is served buffet style and you can choose from different menus. Everything was delicious. We also paid an extra $2/pp to have s’mores as dessert…which ended up being good, but they weren’t really s’mores! :-) Picture of our bonfire party

Hi Ladies, anyone who has had or will have a legal ceremony at Dreams do you have or know what the ceremony script is? and how long the ceremony is? and I think I read before that you cant really change the script because it's a legal ceremony but are you able to add elements? And has anyone used firedancers for their reception? Can we use an outside vendor for this b/c I think I read on here before that Dreams prices are a bit hight for this.
