I know many people who have had "honorary" bridesmaids. Either their bridesmaid/groomsman ratio didn't quite add up, or the one of the bridesmaids just couldn't do it (ie-REALLY pregnant and about to pop)

I was able to get my bags and towels from Academy Sports + Outdoors - Sporting Goods Store and the end of the summer so everything was 75% the bag cost me about $3.50 and the towels were about the same. Here is everything in the bag: These were all bought at the dollar store: These were bought at dollar section in Target (still not sure if they are going in the bag or if these will have their names in them at the dinner): Lots more to come!! Those are so cute! I kinda like the idea of going just a little more expensive of the OOT bags (if you have a small guest list) so you know that the people/girls will use them again after your wedding.
