$300 USD...but worth every penny!!!

Hey ladies, I'm back from Mexico!!! Anyone having any doubts about having the wedding at Dreams should be completely reassured after having read my review (which will be posted next week sometime...after I settle back into reality.) The wedding was PERFECT!!! Dreams is awesome. From the second we arrived we were treated awesome...upgraded to an AWESOME honeymoon suite...the service at the resort is phenomenol!!! Anyway, just thought i'd touch base....& i'll be back next week

Sorry...maybe the order takes alittle longer if you do the approval. I thought i heard something like that in another post, but what do i know I didn't do the approval & it still took me over a month & a half to get my order...

Hey Ladies, I know that Carolina was heading off to Dreams...I believe she was married on the 24th. Anyway, I'm on Juan Navarros facebook & he just posted pics of "a" Carolina & Alex wedding. Not sure if it's the same one, but i'm assuming it is. The pictures are wonderful for any of you that can see Juan's profile...if not just friend him & you can see tons of wedding pics from dreams

I think they charge a fee for sending the pics for pre-approval.

The mugs look great!! I really love the shape of them Discount Mugs seems to run in the habit of telling customers they are out of stock. They did the same with my order as well as a few other BDWers...overall the customer service is definitley lacking, but the final product always seems to turn out nice

Lynda is off in October??? I have her booked for Monday (October 4th) to do my legal wedding!! I better write to confirm with her lol...thats all i need. I leave in 5 days & Cameo & Cufflinks haven't called me for a 2nd fitting yet!!! I finally went for my first fitting about 2 weeks ago....if the dress doesn't fit perfectly there's nothing i can do about it. My days are completely booked from now right up until the day we leave....

I leave in 5 days!!!!!!!! I'm so excited!!!!

I should also add (for Canadian Brides) this is an American company BUT I ordered 4 tanks from here & shipping was CHEAP & brokerage charges were $12.00 FedEx & I recieved them 3 business days after ordering!! They are amazing!!!

I'm wondering the same thing myself. I leave in 11 days & can't get Claudia to email me back for the life of me. Kind of frustrating. Â

I bought pink & orange ones because those are my wedding colors too. I think they are awesome!!!  Here's a pic  A closer look...  The only thing is you have to be super careful with them because the paint chips off ...but i love them Â

I think I remember someone writing a post awhile back that you could get single packs of Advil at Costco. I couldn't find them si i just threw 4 loose Advil in my Wedding Survival medicine bag & attached directions for all the medication to the outside...i'll attach a pic so you can see what i mean...I would have liked to have found the single packs, but when it comes down to it, if someone needs an advil, they will use it. The package is securely closed & stapled... Â

  I actually got the placecards at Michaels & printed them them out on the computer. They come as a kit with the shells & there is a template included. They, along wth the fans, were very last minute. I love Michaels Â

I realize i am alittle early in writing up my planning thread, but i'm going to be crazy busy from now up until the day we leave for Cancun, so I figured i'd squeeze it in here. Firstly, I'd like to thank all of my fellow BDWers for all the help & inspiration it took to make everything come together. I wouldn't have come up with any of these ideas without all of you guys  My FI & I have been together for 7 years & have two wonderful little kids together. Hailey is 4 & Raiden is 2. We got engaged 2 years ago on a trip to Kelowna, British Columbia. It was a beautiful setting...sunset overlooking the mountains. He got down on one knee & asked. I of course, said "yes!" So we leave in 21 days!!!!!   This is right before he asked...     We chose Dreams Cancun to hold the wedding because of the beautiful location of the gazebo. This is a pic of the old gazebo, but the view is awesome.   My engagement & wedding band. FI's isn't in yet...   My Dress...Paloma Blanca   BM Dresses...I chose these because they are so casual & can be worn in so many different ways.(Elan Convertible)   Flip Flops for BMs from Aldo. The bottom of them are black not that nude color. My shoes are the same but fuschia...I'm not a heels girl lol   My garter belt... FI & I are big Flames fans   A friend of mine makes wedding cakes professionally & is doing our cake topper. This is the inspiration & the jersey & beer will remain the same but hopefully the people will look alittle more like us.    My DIY invites    My BM tanks for the stagette we will be having in Cancun...I ordered them from www.bridalpartytees.com They are located in the States & i'm in Calgary. I ordered them on a Thursday, got an email that they were done & shipped out the next day (Friday) & recieved them by FedEx on Monday. The COD charge was only $12.00....best place ever!!!!!! My shirt is pretty much the same...it says Badass Bride-To-Be & has a pink skull & crossbone instead of the woman....    My favor mugs from Discount Mugs...didn't really have the best experience with them but am pleased with the mugs     My OOT Bags   Another shot of the bags so you can see the actual bag better. What a steal $2 at Dollarama & they are perfect for a beach bag!!    My maracas from Amols. I have to say I love them. The tag attached says "Shake for a kiss" & I got the idea, of course, from a fellow BDWer. Amols was awesome, I emailed them telling them I only needed pink & orange for my wedding & that's what i got.     My fans for the ceremony. I bought the Ivory Silk Fans from Michaels & wrapped fuschia ribbon around them with a little heart charm that says "Love"   My placecards   OOps...almost forgot my hair inspiration...Love this   The FI & Groomsmen outfit is bought but i don't have pics of it...just white short sleeve, button down shirts & biege pants with Quiksilver sandals...the basic ensemble...  I also still have to get a few more things, centerpeices etc...but this is the majority of it. I can't believe my time is so close!!!!!!!!!Woot-Woot!                                 Â

This is my dress The picture doesn't do it justice. It's perfect for a DW because it's so lightweight. Whoever buys this is getting a great deal. I paid 2000 for mine  Good luck selling it!!! I'll be selling mine after the wedding as well

EEEeeeeeeek!!!!! I leave for Mexico in less than a month!!!! OMG! Â Â The bummer is that Cameo & Cufflinks hasn't called me or contacted me about my dress at all getting pretty disappointed with them...Less then a month & no dress...woot-woot!! LOL....just trying to keep myself calm, when in reality I feel like doing is this....
