I've decided that carrying everything with me (not shipping) is the safest option. This where if there is any confusion I'm there in person to deal with it and I know where everything is!

So, I finished a couple DIY projects. Yesterday I got my Keycard/Tip holders done. I bought the ID/Badge holders from Ebay along with the lanyards. I got 50 of each for $18. Pretty cheap. I printed the inserts on white 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock. I don't know how to post a template link, but I borrowed mine from another BDW poster! Thanks!!! Sorry the pics aren't that great! I also finished my OOT tags. I printed the top part on white cardstock and glued (with a glue stick) them onto 3 x 3 squares of navy cardstock. I punched a hole in the corner with a 1/8" hole punch and threaded the ribbon through.

Still no word on menus. Is it THAT hard to get this together? If I had an early '10 wedding I would be fuming right now! What about people trying to make menu cards? Geesh.

Where did you buy the luggage tags?

I like the idea of handing out bags before the trip so everyone can take their own down, but it takes away from the dramatics of opening your hotel room door and finding the bags. So, I'm going to bring them. ONE suitcase will be towels only! My 50 towels weigh 52 lbs!
