  1. Welcome to DFW area Patrice! I will look you up in FB. I have been out of the loop for a bit, lots of work and planning going on. Erika
  2. I am also getting married at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort, but decided to go with having the ceremony at the St. John Terrace. This will be Dec. 22,2010.

Long story short: we sat through a bond adjustment hearing for a chick that was on probation for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE!! lol, it was like real life law and order!! I'm down for a happy hour!! And I'm also shower-less... my best friend here just got married in New York and now they're trying to have a baby so she can only offer to do something small. Another bf is in California, about to go on the KISS tour with her new husband for 2 weeks. My other best friend just had a baby so she's all about him right now.... Hope you all have a great and productive weekend! Congratulations, sorry for delay... Quote: Originally Posted by kwaits hi Ladies! Im in a really good mood today! I know that in the end it will be great and I will be married to the man I love. I also found out today that one of my friends at work went through my phone, got my FI number, called him to get my best friend's number and together they have been planning two bachelorette parties for me. I didn't even think I would get one and now I get 2! One will be here in Fort Worth for all my friends that aren't going to Key West and the second one will be in Key West with friends and family. Yea! It's a great day! Great to hear that you are now getting 2 parties instead of none. Sorry hadn't been on for a few days, I was a little busy... going on interviews and trying to find a job. AND... well I got it. I still have lots to do... and better get going on the planning since I will now have less time to work on it, with the new job. =)
  5. Thanks FutureMrsHolt for the offer... Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Kwaits, sorry to hear that. Are you from this area? I am pretty much in the same boat... I really dont have that many bridesmaids, tried to scrape bridesmaids... I am originally from San Antonio, so all my friends are there. One of my bridesmaids is there, but she is kinda fleaky in regards to going on the trip, so who knows...if she will be there. Then I have another bridesmaid, she is actually here in DFW, but she desided after I did, that she was also getting married, so she is currently working on her own stuff. I was thinking of asking my FSIL, but she is in Iraq at the moment... pretty depressing having to make your FI go to the bridal shows... I have only been able to get him to go to one. So I definitely think its a great idea to have a BDW bachelorette party! Quote: Originally Posted by FutureMrsHolt Oh I'm so sorry no one is throwing you a shower or bachelorette party! 8. I tried to open the zip file... but it gave me an error. So not sure where the problem is...seems that the file is broken, probably on my end =( I might try it from a different machine... Thanks again for sharing.

For Christmas I bought a Youdu, so that I can make all the t-shirts. So when I send my RSVPs I am going to ask everyone to include their t-shirt size.

Thanks Margret, I am going to see if I can find my dress choices at some of the stores around town... Welcome to the forum. How is the planning coming along?
  12. THANK YOU soooo much... now I just need to locate one... Since they are out of stock at the link you sent me. But that still helps alot. Thanks Again!!
  13. Yes I have definitely found the blog very helpfull. Are you both originally from DFW area? Here is my Facebook: Erika J Flores-Gutierrez | Facebook I volunteered to do my friends invitations... but I still need to get mine done. She is getting married in July. There just isn't enough time in the day.
  14. Thanks girls....it is very tough to pick one... I was wanting to maybe go looking for them and try them on, but I do have one big problem and not having a clue who makes that first dress. So that could harder then I would like it to be. It also worries me that they tell me that they can not make it exactly the same way. So the question is... how close to it? Thanks everyone on giving me some advise.... I totally appreciate it.
  15. They are awesome, thanks for sharing. I have been having a hard time finding the correct rounder hole punch. I got one but it seems to be to big. What brand is yours? Where did you get it? thanks for any information that you can provide.
