    BethBride1...thanks for all the site information! How about the Gazebo...is that by the pool? Or where a ton of people will be at 5? Can the reception be push back a bit to give time for pictures, etc? What were your thoughts of the room top area? How many people do you think that will hold?

    Sandra&Mario...thank you for your thoughts. You will be getting married the weekend before I arrive...we arrive on the 12th! Has your WC sent you pictures of cakes or flowers, anything like that?? How many people are you expecting? We are like you...between work and other friends weddings we could not go for a site visit. So I am overwhelmed...normally a BIG planner type, so the fact that I have to plan things a few days prior is driving me CRAZZZZZZY Can you tell..LOL

    I am looking make my own center pieces once I arrive in Mx. I hear they are expensive through the resort. Are there any local vendors to get this type of thing from?

    Wow...they are both amazing! I really like the Anjolique. Two dresses on your first shopping trip..what good luck. If you don't mind me asking where did you find them?? I am in Delaware...many dress shops but maybe I should venture into Philly??

    Hi everyone! My name is Toni and I am getting married January 16th, 2010 at Barcelo Maya Palace. Our invitations have been mailed and people are starting to book. I wish I would have found this forum a while ago...I hope to learn from many of your experiences so that I can make sure my special day comes together as I picture it should be in my head. It is very hard making plans with someone you have never met over an email. Any assistance you can offer would be fantasic!! Thanks!
