I don't think we need a DJ necessarily and not to be cheap, but I don't really want to pay a DJ to just stand there if we bring all our own music...... I may have the answer to a few of your questions in the next day or so, I have asked all of your questions because we are planning on doing the same thing. I don't want the cost of the DJ which is like $360 for two hours. I'll let you know what i find out!

Good morning my lovelies, Weight lost!!! hmmmmm there is a thought... oh thinking, damn that hurts.... I have been cutting back and trying to reduce the wine chats with the gfriends. I have always been a chunkie chic and I don't see that changing especially with three months left to go (damn where has the time gone). My suggestion is to workout and walk.... I think at this point there isn't any magically weight lost going to happen, just to smooth things out and tighten things up. I am sure there is tons of tips on here from some very motivated brides, just keep searching for info. I think I seen a new Freaken February Bride on our thread "Welcome and happy planning Girl" Oh Oh I found the scroll back button "It's Trica, Hi Tricia..... Shut up I have only had one coffee. -

We are having ours early summer here at the house, I am thinking about 50 people, friends and family. We'll do a pool party beach themed and just have a barbque. I am hoping around $1000. Food and booze costing the most. I bought most of the decorations already from ebay and it was super cheap. I have a friend that will set-up a portable gazebo over one area for shade. I just have to pray for sunshine!!!

I Heart Wedding Dresses

Very pretty dress and it looks amazing on you. -
This is a very good question!!! For me there will be no bridal shower "at my request". I have had my gfriend that is going talk about a girlie get together before we go south and I told her no because i don't want people buying me gifts. She would invite people that can not make it and people that were not invited. For me it is the gift thing and I really don't want people buying me things. I have been married before and is in my 40s, I just don't think it's appropriate for me. However you younger brides that are getting married for the first time and starting out that new journey of life as a married woman, TOTALLY!! I think you should have one and if people are invited to the shower that are not to the wedding, they can choose to come or not. I think most people would just love the opportunity to see you before you leave and wish you well. "I would totally support the shower thing".

Sadly!!! we tell Babe (the dog) her dad is coming to get her and runs and grabs her doll and waits at the door for him to come. It is really "NUTS". I think it is him still trying to keep contact with me. The dog is my son's and he gets really pissed when his dad calls and demands that she be bought over or he is coming to get her. I just don't say anything and ignore him. -

Ok amazing what we share with each other!!! I have to tell you this because I am shaking my head. I separated 7 years ago and the kid and the dog came to live with me. During our separation and agreement it was agreed that our son and the dog go to the Ex's every second weekend. Well the son is now 20 and doesn't do the weekend visits anymore. OK sitting down for this? My Ex still holds me to this agreement and I have to give him the dog every second weekend by 6pm Friday evening. So here is the Ex outside waiting in his jeep for baby Babe to come running out and hop in with her little sweater on. My neighbour just called I guess she was in the driveway when he came by to pick her up. She thinks we're totaly mental!!!! Laughing yet -
