Instead she needed to get the whole feel of "oh she really wants me to go and if I leave it last minute, it'll be about how hard I tried and I didn't quit trying to come until the last minute when i knew it was impossible... It became about her and her struggle to get things together and come to your wedding... I am doing my great grandmothers wedding band for something old, something new my dress, something borrowed a great piece of jewelry and something blue will be my sapphire ring I never take off. Ali- I'm on my way.... make room on the couch!! lol Susie- I love the staging aspect of our business. I do the same the thing when we list houses I volunteer to help them stage it for a cost Well ladies I just had the CRAPPIEST day of my life in years. I was in the hospital today getting 2 quarts of saline and 3 anti nausea meds pumped into my body because I couldn't keep anything in my body for 12 hours straight. They think it is either a bad internal viral infection or food posioning. Lucky me! Fortunatly I have a guy friend who lives here in Maine and I was at his house so he took me to the hospital and let me stay at his house so I wouldn't have to be alone in a hotel room and sick as a dog. Thank god for good friends. Oh Hun Feel Better!!!!! I hate being sick... Glad to hear you had a friend around for some TLC. I am doing that old tradition as well.. I do not have borrowed yet... I'll figure it out soon. Hugs for Brooke......... -

I would love to borrow a hair flower, but I will borrow something from one of my friends to have on that day. Well girls, my cousin just called me up to confirm that he and his girlfriend of 11 years (on and off) are indeed coming to the wedding AND he asked if he could propose to her during the stay Please help me, but for 2 minutes I was jumping up and down saying hooray, she will be so surprised. Then after those moments of bliss I said "all the hard work i put into this day, and he is gonna take some of my thunder and shine away by dropping on one knee?!? HELL NO! he better do that ISH in his room!! lol NOT AT MY RECEPTION!!!" My question is .....am I being selfish?.. come on family.. I can take it. Give it to me straight! I think "ME" if my FI did a proposal on the tails of another brides day, I'd slap him silly... I think you need to tell him he needs to take her to the beach or do a romantic beach dinner of something special to make it look like he put a hell of alot of thought in this and not just, "hell I am here and it works, it easy"!!!! You call him and tell him he needs to have a good plan and it better look "PLANNED". And not an opportunity for him to have attention from the friends and family around for your wedding. Hi shells, I go in with an agent when clients are looking to list their homes and I find ways to increase the asking and sale price of the home... I will have carpets removed and new floors put in. Or update bathrooms and kitchens. I change countertops, sinks, vanities and light fixtures.. Paint and restore kitchens. Very baord specturm. I also have a cleaning business and homes get detailed before they go on the market. I can usually increase the asking price for about 5 to 15 thousand. I get a percentage of the increase in asking price. I also stage the home for sale. I am not sure if you do facebook I have a few projects on my facebook. Tinkatude: I am bring talbe centrepieces and some other decorations for around the tables and the pool area I pales with candles. I do this kinda stuff for a living so it makes it pretty easy for me with ideas. Hi Erica and Chris... Hugs!!!!!! well ladies i am off for my tan -
From a fellow newfie.... welcome and congrats

Timberly you're a doll... Susie sending a big hug... just because I want to darnit! I am super excited this morning at 3.36am I am awake after 4 hours sleep...What the hell!!! I actually am very excited I got a text about 1am that the house i was working on with an agent sold in the weee hours of the morning. It was a back and fort all evening because the couple that is selling the house is leaving on vacation today. Funny when FI and I bought this house it ended up the back and fort until 2am and I remember our agent being at my house at 3am in the morning finalizing papers. I thought that was a rare occurance, i guess it happens more than you think. Ok we'll not have any off our gals going to jail... At least not a Mexican one!!!! Yes we do need to plan to hook up gals... When we get back from our wedding lets start the ball rolling. I had a thought that I actually have room here at my house for about 8 people. I have a pool and a hot tub... pool after June rolls in.. However not much night life in my town and I am 40 minutes from downtown Toronto... we'll think about it.... -

We are getting married on Feb 1 at the Grand Princess Riviera. My "to do" checklist is huge! I thought this destination wedding stuff was supposed to be stress free! Welcome Robyn... you're taking the pressure of me honey... I am not going to be the first Feb bride.... DW are as stressful has you allow them to get i think.... I more you want and the more organized you try to be makes it that much more stressful. I don't have any info on the sadn ceremony however there are a couple gals on this thread that are doing one... They will email if you don't have enough points to dwonload a post... (Brooke FutureMrsMoulton) is one of our brides i know she is doing one. Good Luck -

I wasn't aware we can do that!? I would have no idea where to start so I guess I'll wait and see if I'm feeling ambitious as it gets closer The WC told me to bring a CD of 5 songs for before/during/after ceremony. Did you do this? When was the music played during the ceremony? SusieQ - did Jazmin say she was going to get that info to you? Less than a month away!!! That's exciting but I'm sure it's a little nerve-wracking seeing as how you're waiting on some info. Sorry to hear that Yeah she said she send it and I got in return a notice two days later saying she was goin on vacation until Jan something and that was two days before her holiday began.... I guess i should follow up with an email.... I'm very exited to be getting married in less than a month... I guess most of the pressure is off because i am going to be legally married in a few days... I just prefer to have the legal part done in canada.
