    I'm getting married at the Xcaret in march. LOVE the resort (although never been there), but the actual wedding package cost is MUCH higher than other resorts (unless you're booking 20 rooms. I've heard great things about Dreams! Tough choice!

    Wowza... There is pages and pages and pages and pages to this thread! I am currently trying to organize my wedding at the Xcaret, but am having problems settling on a price. I was originally sent a letter after I contacted marialma saying that the wedding package was free with 10 rooms booked (right now we have 13) and then we were told that that didn't apply to us because we used a TA.. and on and on. Getting quite frustrated at this point. I'm glad there are some girls here who have had a good experience!

    My wedding is going to be at the Occidental Grand Xcaret in march. Is anyone else having their wedding there? I'd love to talk to someone who is!

    I think the photographer I'm using will be in the Mayan at that time. His name is Dean Sanderson and he's amazing! Dean Sanderson Wedding Photography not sure what he'd charge for just a TTD, but you can always ask. Or I can run it by him if you like his pics!

    When is your wedding date? I'm using a photographer from Vancouver, where I'm from, and he's AMAZING. Name is Dean Sanderson www.deansandersonwedding.com Has a lot of packages to choose from! I know he'll be in the mayan this oct. and again in feb to april of next year, if that helps you!
