Wow... love your invites! They are very detailed and tropical! Nice Job! We just sent out our STD's last week. Am I behind? Our DW invites/AHR invites will go out in November. We already know who is coming and who is not. I didn't really think there needed to be a rush. Am I wrong? Hmmm.... -

Gorgeous location. Will it be at a resort? Thanks! I love it too. We are used it on STD's, invitations, keycard/tip holders, koozies, stadium cups, etc. I used ten4 Design Studio, it's located near my hometown and they have been great to work with! That's nice you had a DJ right at your resort! I'll have to go check out your wedding review! Congrats!!!

When are you getting married?

(or so I have heard) Yes, that is correct. We are using DW.com and our $50 was already credited to our account. I think it's a good idea to book with them or a TA. That way in case something happens they can help take care of the situation. That is one less worry you will have! I've heard there are some good TA's on this forum too! Good Luck! -

(also, we set aside hours for this, and it's a good thing.... i lost a bracelet and one point and that took some time to find) 4 PM - guys start getting ready (can't find mother in law and best man) 4:45 PM - leave for ceremony site (we were running late by this point, which cut into time for family portraits) 5 PM - ceremony 5:30 - end of ceremony, champagne toast, then family portraits (we had to make these quick to get to dinner, while we were getting photos, the other guests headed to the restaurant and got drinks. I'd budget more time for portraits if poss.) 6 PM - reception dinner & toasts (we didn't specify an order for toasts, but they ended up going - best man, my friend, maid of honor, DH's friend, my dad, DH's dad) 7 PM - cutting of the cake, followed by another dessert and mayan coffee (dessert drink) 8:30 PM - poolside reception starts, we get announced, and first dance... then dance dance dance 10:30 PM - poolside reception was over... and we were exhausted. Nice schedule... did you have a dj?

Yeah... I didn't want to spend the extra money for centerpieces so I was going to skip them. Our guests already know we are having a AHR so that is where the centerpieces will come into play. Plus, we didn't want to pay for $50/plate for food for our guests when we are staying at an AI. We will make dinner reservations at restaurant for after our ceremony. We hope to head to a few spots that have dancing. I hope they will open late on a Wednesday night. Morgan, what restaurant do you suggest we go to? I've been reading about them and I'm not sure! Help! -

Nice touch! Very easy to transport too! I think I'm going to ask the WC at my resort if they have centerpieces. That way I won't have to transport them down there! -

Yes, I think everyone will go through a few disappointments. We invited 50 people and I think we'll have about 35. Still not bad of a turn out! Just keep your heads up and keep on planning! -

GREAT JOB!!! I like how simple your bag looks too! My FI already said he didn't want our names on the bags or visors. I agree, I don't think I would use bags that had the couples name on them. We did purchase stadium cups and koozies that have our logo with our names on them but for the visors/bags we had our names taken off and just the place and year were left on there. Great bags!
