Oh I'll jump in here too...I was afraid it would be too much so I tweaked the idea slightly and I'm going to have them at everyone's place setting (just one as well for cost reasons) and the tag will say "Shake for a kiss" (instead of at the kiss...)

I was wondering if any one has found linens for a little boy at all. I'm having my nephew who is 4 stand up in our wedding and I am having problems finding him linen pants and ivory linen shirt. Any suggestions? Also, Laura your pictures are gorgeous! I'm super happy I chose Claudia for my photographer now! Welcome back! Congrats on your first house that is so exciting!!! Did you try JCrew? I think they have a linen suit for little boys...

The boxes we ordered came folded flat so I put one together to make sure it would be the right size and left the rest of them flat for transporting.

Mrs Timpone - congrats on losing 5 lbs! I got an email today! My dress came in!!!!! I'm in the same boat - I planned to be about 10lbs lighter by the time my dress came in and last month I realized I had gained 4lbs... So now I drag myself to the gym 6 days a week so hopefully by my first fitting I'll be closer to where I wanted to be! I actually think now that my dress is here...this is all seeming really really real! So exciting! I leave for my site visit one week from today also - I can't wait, I need a vacation and I need my wedding coordinator to answer my million questions!

Hey ladies - I know it seems like a lot and it is an awful situation - but as far as concerns about Mexico's beaches go - I really think you'll be alright. I live in Houston so it's been a pretty widely covered topic lately. The oil spill is predicted to reach the mouth of the mississippi tonight and they've already started to burn it. It's quite a ways away from being an issue for Mexico (Mostly an issue for Louisiana). (Also my fiance works for an oil company here in Houston and is knowledgeable on oil so until he tells me to be worried, we don't need to worry!!)

I actually told my fiance how excited I was to be a junior member instead of a noob and he just laughed at me! They just don't understand how exciting these things are

hey ladies! I'm going down next weekend and I'm happy to get the ceremony scripts from Ana while I'm there. We're doing a legal ceremony and I'm not sure how much we can change - but while I'm asking her for the legal one, I'll also ask for the symbolic. The thread on this forum for ceremonies is awesome - lots and lots of different ideas.

We are thinking of getting a personalized one, but I wasn't sure which size to get? and 2) for the buffet, do you just choose 1 of the 3 (mexican, caribbean or BBQ) and get all that is listed under that section, or do you have to choose from within each section (salad, hot, show and dessert)? I know we are going to have the buffet, and once we decided which one, I was planning on making tags to identify everything- I was curious as to how many I need. Thanks to all for the info! Tracy I can't help with the aisle runner - BUT I am going down in two weeks and if no one else has the answer, I'll be happy to measure the walkway for you! (if you don't mind waiting until May 10th for the answer) I can help with the buffet - you choose one of the three and you get everything listed. Before you make the tags - actually close to your wedding date I would confirm with Ana that the buffet menu hasn't changed (just to be extra careful)

Hi ladies!! So excited to find this thread!!! I'm getting married on September 18th at Dreams Riviera Cancun!! I just went through all the posts - you ladies are really on the ball! I feel like time has seriously flown by! One minute I'm a year away from the wedding and it feels like forever and the next thing I know I feel like it's around the corner and I have so much to do. So far...I've sent out Save the Dates (August of last year), ordered my dress, found my shoes, found my earrings, found my fiance's wedding day attire and we are mailing our invitations this week! YAY! I still have to order bridesmaid dresses - so hard - my girls are scattered across the country and one is in Italy so getting thier measurements and finding a place for them to try the dresses on took way longer then I expected. But we're getting there! felt the exact same way about diy projects - I'm totally not crafty (so we ordered save the dates and invitations) but then I did one little project...the table cards and they looked cute! so now I'm inspired...but my advice is just start with something simple to build up your confidence

I've actually seen a wedding invitation written in Korean - it was by Designer's Fine Press - but I believe the couple had a family member write it out and then designer's fine press was able to copy it...you could call a few stationary stores nearby and see if they have any way of helping you out...I think that would be really sweet if you find a way to make it work!

I apologize for all my typos!! I don't mean to offend anyone - we just got the idea from a hotel we stay at here in Texas that leaves them in the room at turndown - I thought they were so cute so I looked them up online which is how I knew they were Guatamalan and not really Mexican (despite what the hotel had printed on the little sheet of paper).
