We used the rest of the time the next am at Dunn's! Karen Thank you so much! I was wondering what happens if we had sometime in between if we didn't need him. It would quickly add up! Actually, I have a question about the flowers. Where did you get your flowers from? Did you see the free bouquets? I haven't been able to see any pics of the free package bouquet, as all the reviews I have read ordered others from florists. I'm not the pickiest about what type of flowers, they do have to be pretty, though. Thanks again!
  4. Hi We are actually getting married at the Riu Ocho Rios because we went to the Riu Montego Bay last year and had such a great time. It was beautiful, the grounds were amazing! You wouldn't go wrong. Good luck!
  5. Hi Danielle Congratulations and good luck with all your planning. We just confirmed our wedding for May 2011. It seems so far away, but there is so much planning to do. Good luck!
  6. I say go with whatever you want. I have my bridesmaids walking down to Over the Rainbow, the Judy Garland version (I am the biggest Wizard of Oz fan) and I am walking down to Annies Song by John Denver (was my parents wedding song and my mom passed away Aug 30, 09). I am trying to personalize the wedding as much as I can and surround it with things and ideas that mean something to us. It is your wedding...whatever you feel is what you do! That is how I see it! Good luck!
  7. Hi Rebecca Congratulations on your engagement and good luck with all your planning.
  8. We actually had an engagement party booked for November 1 for 120 people and we got engaged July 30. We knew a major part of the people we were inviting to the wedding would not be coming, so we kind of considered it as an AHR. I ended up breaking my shoulder Aug 16 needing surgery on Aug 20 and my mother passed away Aug 30. With all this we cancelled the party. Couldn't celebrate without my mom. Definitely think it is a great idea, though.
