    No, we never made it. We ran out of time. So many resorts to see in such a short time! We have it narrowed down between Ceiba del Mar and Barcelo Maya. Your wedding is coming up very soon! That is so exciting! Congratulation!

    Hey KP! No, we haven't decided yet but some info that I got from Ceiba helps make the pricing less than we originally thought. Also, with Lala's review, it helps with the decision that less is more with decorations - something Diana said to us as well when we did our site visit.

    I love all three. So cute! One of my girlfriends volunteered to go shoe shopping with me. It is a tough job! lol

    I would love to wear my wedding dress again, however, I don't think the setting is appropriate as we will have it more low key. But I don't want to buy yet something else to add to the budget. Ugh.

    I have read reviews from other brides having the legal ceremony and it doesn't sound like too much of a hassle. I am strongly leaning in that direction...

    I am thinking of pushing the reception date a little ways back from the wedding date. As we are getting married in early February, we want everyone who can make it to be there. With this winter being the way it has been, I want to make certain that the weather will not be a factor as far as blizzards go! I think April is the earliest we will have it. I need to start doing some research on the cost of renting the hall and liquor and food. Ugh. So many things to do!

    Yes, it is crazy how much everything adds up. One of the resorts we are considering looks much more reasonable after we got some additional information about what is included in their fees. That made me feel much better!

    Ok, this is the response I got back from Lillian about using outside vendors and fees: What kind of outside vendors you need?? maybe I can help you to contact them, usually you don't have to pay a fee for them, they just come to bring the stuff and leave the hotel, and then come back to get their stuff, but if you have something in mind maybe I have contacts that can help you. let me know. It seems that each WC is providing a slightly different answer to the questions but if other brides are not having difficulties, then that makes me feel better.
