Hi Mochamakes3, We had an email saying Lisa Lizano will answer you but that was about a month ago. I've emailed Lisa Lizano and even gone through the generic email address on the palace resort website. It's so frustrating, have you tried telephoning Lisa before? does she answer?

Hi Everyone, I'm getting married at the Moon Palace on May12th. I'm having huge problems getting anyone from the Miami office to respond. I was dealing with Pilar Fernedez but shes now gone. I am palace resort member but was wondering if anyone had any contacts at the miami office they could give me who responds to emails. Many thanks

Hi Everyone, I've not really done anything about my wedding for a few months but now really back into it. Took me ages to catch up with these threads,. Anyway i wanted to ask you all what have you bought your bridesmaids? i'm really stuck. I'm so annoyed, i originally bought her a Pandora charm bracelet with a suitcase charm on, but then her boyfriend for xmas has bought her a different charm bracelet so now i'm looking for other ideas. I've seen some quite nice Vera Wang toasting flutes but don't know ifi love them. What'e everyone else got? x

Hi Everyone, When Michelle2011 posted a photo of her wedding clutch bag she bought i had to get the exact same one as i fell in love with it. Unfortunately no matter how much i convice mysefl it just doesn't match the dress. So if anyone would like to buy it off me please PM me and i can post it on. Thanks x

Hi Guys, Hope everyone's wedding plans are coming on well, it seems to be consuming me at the moment but i go through phases. Anyway when Michelle2011 posted a picture of her wedding bag she bought I had to buy the exact one as i fell in love with it. Unfortunately it just doesn't match my dress no matter how much i try to convince myself, so if anyone would like to buy it off me please PM me and i can post it out. Thanks x

I also booked with Caribean Warehouse. I actually work for Thomson Airways too but Thomson pulled out of the Moon Palace for 2011 and when i went into Thomas Cook I didn't find them to be very helpful. I can't say enough good things about Caribean Warehouse and the girl i'm dealing with is so nice. Â Janapana those invites are fab x x

Hi, The pools are really nice but i personally do prefer the Grand ones as they are infinity pools with comfy beds and the large one has a swim up bar. All the pools are nice and are big and have loads of bridges over them with swim up bars. I would say Sunrise is the loudest and has more atmosphere as there is always music and entertainment there and the kids pool. Nizuc is similar but not quite as noisy but the grand is the most impressive and qieter still. Hope this helps.

I think all 3 terraces are set in a garden area but they all have rooms surrounding them. They are all really pretty and have water features around them. It's amazing when you see the maintanence men the moring before a wedding is taking place, they are there with their paint brushes touching everything up to make sure it's perfect. I think i may have a couple of pictures of the terraces i'll see if i can get them to work on here: Ok, It doesn't let me upload pictures but i do have a couple of photos of the teraaces. If you gived me your email address i'd be happy to email them to you x

Hi Ladies, I also am getting married in 2011. May 12th 2011 to be exact and we are having the ruby package. I have been to the Moon Palace 4 times now so it was the obvious place. If anyone has any questions about the resort just let me know. Catherine x

Hi Nibsmom, Hopefully getting married at Moon Palace in 2011, we're booking it when we're there in Jan as we go there yearly for our holiday. I was just dreading telling my friends and family the price of it to stay there (even though i know they will love it when they're there) would you mind private messaging me and tell me the deal you got with Tammy the Host.
