Hey! Well I'm getting married at the Riu Mambo which is next door. I love the gazebo on the cliff. The pics look great, but....From reviews that I read it seems very windy up on that hill. So I opted to go for the beach ceremony. I can't wait to get pics done on it though. Its so beautiful!!!

Where in Canada did you buy the Spanish for Dummies?? I'm actually looking for the cocktails for dummies and can't find them. I see most people are getting them at Target, But Canada doesnt have Target. Any Ideas?

Echo2_62 Ya the bags are a great deal. Well they didnt have any other summer type bags. But they had the normal blue ones they sell all year. They are just the standard reusable tote size bag. The same size as the Lululemon bags.

So I've been looking everywhere trying to find bags, and I was having no luck. I thought I was going to have to resort in buying the ones from dollaramma that I wasnt a huge fan of. So I was in Walmart today saw the resuable tote hanging by the till and it was perfect!!! And for only 97 cents!!! They are all blue and made from plastic bottles. They are beach themed with a beach unbrella and loungers as the picture. I love them and I love them even more because they are under a dollar! And also people can always use this bag when they get home.

Same thing with me. My photographer is allowing us 6 hours to shoot, but wont be around the next morning, so I have to do a TTD session the same day. I really was dissapointed at first, but whatever. So we are going to take our pics with my wedding dress on before the ceremony which is at 4pm. Then take some family shots, then do a TTD session during sunset. Then go and change into a coctail type dress for a 830 dinner. We are not really having a reception, just a dinner. We are going to have it really laid back. So I kinda feel like I'm not going to miss anything by not having my white dress on for the dinner. We are not having a first dance or anything like that, so I'm not going to be missing out on pics. So I've been looking into photographers the past bit and found someone who I really wanthave for my wedding. I am really wanting to do a TTD session and I asked if I could do it the next morning. As that seems like when the most popular time to do them is. But the photographer said he cant do it the next day. But he can do it the same day. My ceremony is set for 4 and dinner at 8:30. What does everyone think about doing sunset then I guess change into a cocktail dress or something? Has anyone done it this way before?

I'm also doing the beach ceremony and yours was decorated so nicely. Can I ask what photographer you used? I've contacted the ones the Riu WC sent to me, was wondering if it happened to be one of them. How did your dinner go afterwards?

I am going to be doing a symbolic ceremony, mainly because of the cost factor and all the paperwork that is needed otherwise. We will just gett married at home before we leave but not tell our guests. We are saving around $1000 by doing this and we dont have to go through the headache of getting all the documents translated into spanish.
