    I've lost 6 lbs so far with 18 to go.....good thing I have a while. I've been averaging 1.7lbs per week, but I've been in the process of moving into my new house which has meant limited food options....after we get moved I'm going to start doing spin class 3x/week in the morning. I hope it helps!
