  1. Just took advantage of 100 free postcards from VISTA PRINT! What would I do without you ladies and all your fabulous ideas! CHEERS!
  2. I like your idea of a sexy bra and jeans...maybe you could some sexy bikini too? I'm thinking something animalistic if you're going to be in secluded rainforest type places! So much fun! I'm thinking of doing one too...but a couple months before we go!

The tables will be - Mission Bride Trivia - have to answer Bride Trivia - Mission Groom Trivia - Have to answer Groom Trivia - Mission Dance - Have to dance to a certain song - Mission Drink - Have to get a round of shots for their table and another - Mission Renactment - Have to dramatize the first time my FI picked me up! - Mission Sing - Sing a song about love
  5. I love these colours! Think they will look so super on the beach! Here are my invitations, flowers and my BM's dresses. My BM's choose there own style of dresses but we went for the tea rose and sweet cantelope colours from J Crew. Three will be in pink and two will be in orange. The flowers are going to be the same as the picture. I believe there is a BDW bride out there who had the originals and I loved the picture so much! They are from Plumerias Wedding Boutique! I'll be recieving my bouquets in May for our July wedding! Can't wait to see other pictures. I have a few inspiration boards saved at home that I'll post later!
  6. I'd like the Petals if they are still available! I'll PM you!
  7. Good call on the nurses! Pays to have friends in good places! I'm planning on making these and will probably just use some nice heavy cardstock and have a day of it with my BM's!
  8. Wow beautiful job...how many people are you inviting...will you deliver them by hand? Just curious!
  9. It took her a while...probably about 6 hours of work! She did calligraphy on the Pocket Fold and then also addressed the envelopes! Good luck with it...I was really pleased working with Cards and Pockets!
  10. Awesome job...thanks for sharing! I like this idea better than lugging around raffeta fans! Will you print them and cut them out yourself? How do you intend on securing the petals together? Thanks again for posting this...so helpful!
  11. I've attached a link to the one that I've created, using the same template...we've only had some of the guests RSVP but I thought it would be great to get a head start on this now! I'll add people as they sign up! MEET OUR GUESTS
  12. Hey Ladies...with many thanks to Jackie for the template here is my first attempt at a DIY project for our wedding! I used the template then modified it to fit our needs and country Our plan is to mail these a couple months before the wedding with luggage tags, got them today but haven't made them yet! Will post pictures when I do! I uploaded the doc to this sharing website because I couldn't attach it! Hope this link works for you! BROCHERE FOR GUESTS
  13. June Wedding Dreams - you need to post 150 times before you can open attachments... I just got there myself! Keep on posting!
  14. With printing, we had Cards and Pockets do the printing, and all the paper and postage the inviations cost us about $300 for 100 of them. Not too steep! We got a few extras just in case and we did assemble them at home. I bought Glue Dots from Cards and Pockets and stickers from Michaels. My Mom added calligraphy to each of the invitations and we used transparent labels from Staples for the return address and the RSVP envelopes. HAPPY PLANNING!
  15. Hey There...I'm a bride in Toronto and had good luck finding inexpensive, well relatively of course, dresses at Bridal and Beyond in Mississauga. I found my dress there and they had a lot of choice for lighter more streamlined gowns appropriate for a DW in July, it's going to be HOT! This is a link to my dress: Zuri - by Maggie Sottero
  16. Congrats...you'll find so many great people and ideas online! I've learned so much already! Welcome and have fun planning!
