  1. OMG Jocy that story sounds awful! I actually had a nightmare of a time with the seamstress for my prom dress, and I ended up ironically enough buying my wedding dress from the same store. I will definitely not be using the seamstress they recommend, she was a total b*tch and even had the nerve to tell me the dress would "probably" be ready by prom night... AHHH IT BETTER BE!! lol Glad to hear your koozies came in though Thats a plus!
  2. jcaulay- that could be an option if my dress isnt tight enough to support the gelly thingies... hahaha thanks ladies!! Actually I had full C cups until I lost weight, not Ièm a B-ish... a small one haha
  3. Pepperette I hope your wedding was all you hoped and dreamed it would be!! You had good weather for your wedding week, its been cloudy and damp down here ever since!!
  4. Thanks ladies!! I was laughing about the "may r may not contain chicken" statement too... haha I switched up my breakfast routine, so maybe thats why I saw a good loss this week? Hmm!!
  5. Jmcaulay! For starters, congrats on finding *the* dress! I tried on only 3 dresses and then said "order this one" haha About being a barefoot/sandal bride... maybe you could make a deal with FI that you wear the sandals (or nothing) for the ceremony, and wear heels for the pro pics? That way, everyone is happy What decoration do you speak of for the beach being $350? If you mean the huppa, you can get that (basic, only white linens) for $150... and besides, why would you want more than that? The beach is gorgeous as is! I can't help you about the gazebo though, since I'm a beach bride, but I have heard girls talk about not getting the gazebo decoration so I think its do-able! Its whatever you want, its your day!! Ladies, what bra should I wear with my corset back dress? I am thinking I might not use the panel in it, since it would be more beachy... hehe BUT... I have the smallest boobs ever, so I wanna add a little oomph!! ideas?

  7. Erin that makes sense, my table runners will be aqua but my sashes will be orange, so they will go together but wont "match"... hahaTam you should be fine with black, since black is black is black... haha hard to mess that one up! I on the other hand will order samples because my colors are not really generic, and I want them to be close to what I have in my head...
  8. Well hey there ya go!! You picked a good resort in Cuba, you have to be careful with some of them!! But Cuba is super easy to get married too, not a ton of translation and/or medical tests in country!
  9. Tam that would be great! I might see if my grandmother would be willing to do something similar if it cuts back on the cost!
  10. which site would THAT be? I Haven't seen them under $2.99!

  12. I'm so happy he caved for you!! hehe but he really will love the photos they produce... I have seen some of the most NATURAL photos (re: smiles and gestures) in the TTD shots! Maybe once you get down there you can work on getting him into his full outfit, but for now at least he is game!! My FI, comparatively said that he didn't care what it would cost, those pictures were HOT Haha
